Dan was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable! He was energetic and fun, and made a lot of great suggestions about things to do in Dallas outside of the tour.

it was okay. Extraordinarily disorganized before and at start. We had a 2 pm tour. We got an email that said, "I'm _____. My license is _____. See you at 9:30 am!" Um, what? We get there at 2; no one knows what van we have. We literally have to go down one by one & flag ones that are leaving to see if we were on the list. Very stressful. 4th or 5th was the charm. Tour guide was okay. Maybe he did his best, but some of what he said was wrong (I grew up in Dallas); he repeated himself a lot; and he told us too much about himself. Also, it was not his fault, but some very aggressive loud participants kind of took over the tour, telling unfunny jokes. Another guy burped very loudly the whole time; it made me nauseated. I will say when it's 106 F, this tour (air-conditioned van) is the ONLY way to go. Do not do a walking tour or open trolley/tram; you will die. Maybe literally. Stops were okay.

William was friendly, patient, and conversational. We drove by so many sights around downtown Dallas and nearby neighborhoods, all while being informed of their significance. We stopped at a couple of sites to better appreciate them. William also answered guests' questions on the spot. Informative and friendly experience.

I loved this tour - Tim was the best tour guide he was accommodating to the tour groups needs and made it so much fun! The group is a great size and was prefect for making friends for the rest of our trip!

Preston the tour guide was amazing. He gave extensive history about each historic site. He provided us with water which I think was generous.
