the driver had a commotion on the highway to the airport wiith another taxi driver . although no accident happens which endanger our life but it shuold not happened. they had shouting against each other when both arrive at the airport. terminal 1 international time around 12 noonn++

Mr Yong, my transfer driver came 15 minutes earlier than the agreed pick up time. He drove me safely to the airport with some pleasant conversations. The day before, he had already whatsapped me to confirm the transfer & send me the photo of the pick up vehicle and vehicle number plate for my safety. I would recommend Mr Yong & his team of drivers for future transfer services.

We were upgraded by the company from a fortuner car to a 16 seater ford FOR FREE! The driver was very well mannered and he was very careful. Also, instead of an hour of travel time, it was just 35 minutes. Will definitely recommend to my friends who will visit Hanoi!

We had been to many countries in asia, this is the first time we experienced brand new 2019 Ford Transit 16 seaters van, so luxurious and comfy from our hotel to Noi Bai Int’l airport ( Hanoi ) , we are 5 pax and enjoyed so much rooms inside the van and we got a fair and reasonable price compared to other airport transfer service. Best reliable car service company. We will get their service again.
