There was good communication before the pick up, it was on time, and the driver was friendly and professional. I would use the service again.

Our driver was amazing and punctual and comminicated with us bery well. The main problem we had with the service was trying to get it set up. We don't think it was the company that had the issue. Mainly the person we went through to set up our ride did not understand what we wanted after repeating it to her several times.

Great communication! Driver was late due to an accident but Xavier stayed in contact with us. Driver arrived and was able to get us to the airport. Very nice driver and clean vehicle with plenty of space. Smooth ride.

The driver was very professional and friendly. When we realized we wouldn't have enough space for all of our bags, he helped arrange additional transport. Also there was a marathon near our hotel. He got us as close as possible, then helped with our luggage and walked us to the hotel. He went beyond what was required and would definitely book again. Our group was very pleased.

The driver never showed up and by the time we made it through the taxi line we were almost late to the airport not to mention being out the money we spent. If you are early off the cruise ship the taxi line is short so it would have been better to do that.
