We were picked up by Jay at the port getting off a great Celebrity cruise. We had a partial list but refined it with our guide. With one day for tours and one for beach he got us efficiently and thoroughly through EVERYTHING we wanted to see and believe me, quite a list. Best was Monkey Sanctuary and lunch with a view of the terraced rice fields plus going to the coffee plantation. Yummy tea!! Not rushed, a lot of comments. Jay knows a lot and was a pleasure to spend the day with. THANK YOU Viator and Jay. At the end he delivered us to our hotel. GENEROUS tip with every penny!!

After a delayed start due to late ship arrival (which was not a problem) we finally met Pit, our driver guide, at the pier and planned our day. We were able to cover everything we wanted to see and more, and throughly enjoyed our tour. Highlights included Ubud town, the Tegalalang rice terraces and The Tegenungan Waterfalls.. Pit was very accommodating and generous with his time.

Had a great tour exploring bali as we only had 1 day to see the best of the island. I shared what I was most interested in at a high level and they scheduled an amazing tour. I was also on a tight schedule to return in time for a wedding dinner and was able to make it.

Ask for Peter! He was an amazing guide, was really helpful and knowledgeable while we were touring. He was very attentive and brought us to an amazing lunch spot.

During our visit to Ubud, we were fortunate to have Yandek accompany our family for two days, providing both transportation and invaluable guidance. You've spent another day with Merta. We had a luck to see a lot during the day and even some ceremonies in the temples. Merta was very helpful, drive us around and showed us some hidden jems. Although our program was very ambitious, we've managed to see everything. Wonderful day and thank you Merta to be our guide.

Aron was an excellent guide and driver!! He helped design a perfect tour for us, taking us to a temple, coffee plantation, UBUD, the rice fields, waterfall and a batik maker. Aron is very personable and friendly. He is very knowledgeable about all the locations and shared with us many insights about the history and culture of Bali. We recommend this tour and would encourage you to ask for Aron as your guide.

Thank you Desna for a fabulous tour of Ubud and surrounding areas! You are the greatest guide/driver of our Indonesian tour, from picking us up at our ship port, showing us beautiful rice terraces and waterfalls and taking us to quality artisan stores which we enjoyed very much. You shared your everyday cultural life with us and we got a good feel for the Indonesian way of life on a very personal level. We don’t usually experience that personal touch with other guides. My husband and I laughed a lot with you because you have a great personality with a warm heart and spirit. Thanks again! If you have the chance to tour with Desna, he will make it an experience you will truly remember!

Hire Bali Driver gave my family and I a wonderful and memorable experience in the following areas:
(1) Service: before, during and after
(2) Flexibility
(3) Friendliness

As we were selective in what we wanted to do and see, it was very easy to communicate with Wayan and he arranged the itinerary accordingly. He answered my queries promptly and offered some suggestions. These were all done through email. Once, we confirmed the itinerary, Rani communicated with me through WhatsApps. She too was very prompt in answering my queries and agreed to my request - to have the same driver for 2 and half days of our tour in Bali. Prior to our arrival, Merta, our guide and driver introduced himself. This process gave us the assurance that we would be taken care throughout our tour.

Merta is friendly and jovial. He shared with us the Balinese culture and the significances of the places that we visited and also took the initiative to get to know our culture. He is a careful driver and knows his way around. Although we changed and skipped some activities, he is flexible and accommodating. He even offered suggestions. We wanted to eat local food and buy local cake - Lapis Legit, and he agreed to our request.

Upon returning to our country, I realized that I have lost the thumb drive that contained our ATV activity. He helped to arrange the photos to be sent to me. Thank You Wayan, Rani and Merta for giving us a wonderful holiday in Bali.

Our driver, Gede, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made suggestions about places to visit and things to do that all were most enjoyable. We would definitely recommend him as a guide and driver.
