Excursion paid for and confirmed long ago, no notice in advance and no one showing up to pick them up at the hotel at the agreed time.
After contacting them several times on the telephone number, where TOTALLY INCAPACIOUS switchboard operators were unable to provide us with an explanation, they replied via email at ten in the morning telling us that they had not found a driver.
The agency is called Welcome Pickups, avoid it if you can and avoid booking excursions with Viator, who sell tours that start at 7:30 but until 9:00 in case of problems no one answers the phone.
SHAMEFUL ALL OF YOU, RELUCTANT, COWARDS AND DISHONEST.
TO NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I book a trip from Budapest to Bratislava with Welcome Pickups since February , but yesterday, two days before it was supposed to take place, they wrote me an e-mail, saying that they couldn’t find a driver, and they had to cancel the tour, regardless the inconvenience and frustration they were causing us. They also wrote the following: “As a token of our apology, we have already issued a full refund for your ride.” It means that they think that they are doing me a favor by giving me my money back. I have traveled with different companies, Viator, Get your Guide, Expedia, etc., but I have never seen this lack of respect towards their clients from any of them. I would never recommend Welcome Pickups to anyone.
