I am on my third ferry trip with Ultramar in the last six days. The people on the ferry have been absolutely wonderful. I am traveling with my mom who is handicap and it is always difficult trying to get from one place to another. Anyone who travels with somebody who is handicapped knows we cannot do it alone. we always need help especially when going from one place to another. Often getting to Cozumel is a challenge, but Ultramar made it easy. One person in particular Christian Flores was amazing. He was so helpful with my mom and treated her with respect. He made sure that she had as much time as she needed to to get on and off the boat. The crew here is the best.

Great service. If you want a peaceful trip sit inside so you don't have the overloud live performers drown out your hearing and then ask for tips. Inside is great has coffee and a bar. Starbucks coffee if you wish. Be careful with ticket. Go to the kiosk ticket purchase place. There is at least one guy wearing an Ultramar ID that will sell you tickets but he will try to scam you. Tried to charge us three times the price. He is out walking and his tickets are legit and he offers to take credit card. GO TO THE ELECTRONIC ticketing or their kiosk

Ángel Eduardo me vendió el tour y me ayudó en todo el proceso! 200% recomendado. Compré el ferry desde Playa del Carmen a Cozumel con el tour del cielo. El tour del cielo lo hice con el equipo de Maybe tours. Fueron maravillosos! Yo no sé nadar y me ayudaron hacer snorkeling y sentirme segura aunque tenía miedo porque es el mar abierto. Pero les agradezco demasiado la ayuda. Sin su ayuda no ubviera saber lo que es ver el mar por dentro. Muchas gracias a todos!

In the rush to get to the ferry I forgot my personal bag with documents, IDs, cards and cash. When I arrived at the arrival dock I noticed her absence and thought that someone had taken her. The miss. Laura Vazquez, very attentive, came to attend to the situation, so she called the beach port and asked for my bag, she immediately attended to the situation and finally found my belongings in the security filter, which I thank a server for her professionalism and security. .
