What a fantastic four day journey through history and stunning sights! Our guide Mircea (Frank for those of us who have trouble with the rolling ‘r’ pronunciation) was extremely knowledgeable throughout and accommodated us all along the way. He worked with us to adjust our itinerary and times due to short days this late in the year ensuring we were able to see all the sights in daylight, missing nothing. His car was very comfortable, his driving impeccable and considerate, with plenty of water and stops for convenience along the way. The hotels were great, excellent breakfasts to start the day and located right in the heart of each city, making it easy to explore before and after dinner. Mircea provided excellent restaurant recommendations for each evening. Highlights for us included climbing to the top of the tower at Viscri for fantastic views, sampling a local delicacy at Bran Castle, and the guided walk through Sighisoara. We topped it off with time spent at the superb Cortea de Arges.

The trip in Transylvania it exceeded my expectations. There were 4 days full of history and traditions. The guide was very good and the car was comfortable.
