I did this solo and my guide had a motorbike. It was a great experience because we quickly moved about the city and could easily navigate and park quickly. We were done with the tour and hour early because we were so fast transportation wise.

Our guide met us with energy at our hotel and showed us a well planned 1/2 day which was just perfect for our first day in HCM City. Lots of history, culture and art. A very enjoyable way to see the city. Very glad we did morning as it was getting quite warm by the afternoon. Dropped us where we wanted to grab lunch v. at hotel then having to go back to eat lunch. That was much appreciated. All ran like clockwork.
