Such wonderful and kind guides. Joshua was so knowledgeable and made it interesting to hear about the cenotes origins and history. Enrique was a great driver who kept the drive on the bumpy road as smooth as possible. Lunch was amazing and local and fresh. Highly recommend this company and even more Joshua and Enrique!

Alex and Armando took my group of 14 out for the day. We had an amazing time! We had the cenotes to ourselves and were able to spend as much time as we wanted.

Amazing experience! Alex was our guide and provided fantastic historical insight into the history of the Mayans. The Cenote was beautiful and maintained by a fantastic Mayan family. The lunch was delicious and the hand made tortillas were the best we had while on vacation. Arturo was a fantastic driver and got us every where. Definitely ask for Alex and Arturo!

We had a very good time. Dos Ojos Cenote is very beautiful and our private guide Alejandro is very knowledgeable about the area and Mayan culture. The food at the restaurant was incredible.

Incredible experience with cenotes/snorkeling! the water was a great temperature and our guide was awesome - very safe and don’t need to be a strong swimmer to have fun.
The cave was great to see and snorkeling made it possible to explore so much of the cave. It was a total of 2 hours and then lunch was really great - an authentic Mexican meal at the end after swimming.

We booked 2 private tours with Absolute Adventure after reading several reviews. Both were amazing experiences. We were fortunate enough to have Arturo as our guide for both tours. The first tour was to visit the Ancient Mayan Ruins in Tulúm. Arturo was very knowledgeable and informative all while keeping us engaged. He made the tour fun and even takes the best pictures! The second tour we took was to Dos Ojos. To be honest I was a bit nervous about going into a bat cave but Arturo made sure I was comfortable and to be honest, there was nothing to worry about. The tour was amazing. We could take as much time as we wanted. If you want to stay away from the crowds this company made sure we were one of the first ones at each tour. I would definitely recommend this company. Also Arturo is a gem. Hope you will be lucky enough to have him as your guide.

We took 4 children ages 8-14 and 2 adults to the Dos Ojos plus 1 other Cenote and lunch excursion with our guide Alex and driver Omar. We were picked up from our Villa in Tulum in a nice van. All equipment was provided and in great condition, our guide Alex was with us every step of the way. He swam with our kids with a life ring and made us as parent feel very calm and relaxed. They fitted all the kids with the correct life jackets and snorkel gear.
Each senote is different and special in its own way. The water was very nice and the temperature perfect. The trip lasted (from pic up to drop off) about 5 hours and was perfect for the kids.
We had a great lunch at a local Mayan restaurant (food included) and did not feel rushed at all.
Thank you to Alex and Omar for taking such good care of our children, we hope to see you all again.

That was simply an amazing experience, Alex (guide) was awesome , as was our first tour of a Cenote. if you haven’t done this before, you need to put this on your bucket list and make it happen. If you get to Playa, Del, Carmen, or anywhere nearby. Absolute adventures was fantastic to work with on all levels, and both our driver and guide were wonderful people, Alex at all times made sure that safety was a top priority, and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process,. The authentic Mayan lunch that we had after our tour was fantastic, everyone of my family members enjoyed it. We will definitely use Absolute Adventures for any future excursion, when we return to the area !

My family (two adults and 14 yo teenagers) had a great private Dos Ojos Cenote private tour with Arturo. The driver (Grigorio - not sure of the spelling) was also very pleasant and courteous. The pick up from the hotel was seamless and drive to Dos Ojos was smooth. Wet suits, snorkel gear, flashlights, etc were all provided. Arturo did a wonderful job explaining how cenotes were formed and was patient and friendly throughout the experience. The bat cave was really fascinating! The only thing that wasn't outstanding was the included lunch that was at the end of the tour - the restaurant is the one that is on the Dos Ojos Cenote property, and while the waitress and staff were super friendly and attentive, the food itself was bland and juices watered down. Overall, I recommend this particular tour and if I get a chance to head back to the Yucatan area, I'd defo reach out to Absolute Adventure Mexico for some other cenote excursions!
