I’m disappointed at the length of time we waited. The dispatcher from the airport even said I needed to speak with someone from the company. It took close to an hour for someone to come and pick us up. I probably shouldn’t have gone through TripAdvisor but I was trying to do my due diligence. I reached out to the operator to see what could be compensated and I did not receive a response.

The driver was late. Pick up was at 1 pm, called at 110pm as the driver hadn’t arrived. Was late to the airport

We had the pleasure of meeting Delano during our trip to the island. To say he provided 5 star service is an understatement! He was professional, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable about the island. He was a highlight of our trip. You will be missing out on an amazing experience if you don’t seek out his company and his service! 10/10 highly recommend!

Delano was our transportation to and from the airport, to all our activities, and our dinner reservations. He’s so knowledgeable about the island and very friendly and accommodating. We had a large group of 12 people and he took care of all of us. Vehicles were always clean and air conditioned. Genuinely a great guy!

We met Delano by chance when he picked us up from the airport, and his service was 5 stars! We used him for the entirety of our 7 day stay in Turks for round trip transportation to and from dinners and grace bay. He was always available, had a great clean car, and provided top notch recommendations. 10000/10 for Delano!!!!!! Ask for him if you book with TCI transportation!
