Amazing would definitely do again! All the staff were amazing and very helpful.
We had Kit as our tour guide and he was very clear and kept the group entertained

Our climb guide was Karl and he made our experience 1000x better! We climbed the o2 yesterday and it was such a fun and memorable experience that we will definitely do again. The weather wasn’t on our side but if anything it actually made it more funny and memorable. Karl was absolutely amazing at leading us up to climb the o2, what a funny and genuine person. His customer service was top notch! He started by going through the safety with us and then helped us get into our harnesses ready to climb. Not only did he explain everything perfectly to us he also just went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed the experience even with the weather circumstances not being what we hoped for. I really do recommend this experiment and when we go back to climb the o2 in nicer weather I am asking for Karl to be our climb leader again.

Something different! Dress for the weather, although items are provided if needed. Good safety gear and a friendly instructor who was willing to take pics at the top for us. We undertook the twilight climb, great to see London lit up. Underestimated the steep bit at the start and end but it wasn't a problem. Took about 90 mins with the safety talk and kitting out, etc.

Today me and my sister visited to do a twilight climb, i was a very nervous about the climb but the amazing guides ; Martin & Rebecca were absolutely amazing about helping me stay calm and keeping me distracted in conversation, without the help of these two i would still be up there now! once i was calm and had made myself up the views were amazing and it was a great experience! thank you so much Martin & Rebecca for making it so much easier ❤️

We climbed in a relatively small group - less than 10 total climbers led by our guide Kit, or maybe my hearing is going and it was Kip?
He was excellent and while you could tell he’d made some of the jokes thousands of times before, he was friendly and professional making sure everyone had a good time, stayed safe and climbed at a pace comfortable for each person.
We had some slow movers in the group, and Kit managed to keep the whole group entertained while putting no pressure on anyone speed wise.
I would have rated the experience as 5 stars, but they try to sell you their photo packages for extortionate prices - as much for the pics as for the climb itself felt very unreasonable given how low quality and effort the pics were. I don’t think anyone from our climb purchased them.

Ended up just myself and my partner on the 16:30 climb making it a more unique experience. We were accompanied by Jonny as our tour guide who was friendly, answered all our questions and was an all round top guy! Clearly practised in photography with his picture taking abilities when we reached the top.

Fantastic would recommend this to everyone...even though I'm scared of highs it didn't stop me! Our tour guide karl was brilliant and made time to talk to us and even took a picture of me and my son together...you will been lucky if he is your guide. Thanks Karl.

Amazing experience and the summit view is worth the climb.
Our guide Ed was great and very friendly! I wouldn’t have been able to finish the climb if he was not supportive. He is an asset to the o2 Climb team.
