Are you looking for something absolutely breath taking with just a dash of excitement? This one is for you! This tour is focusing on the natural beauty and not so much the terrain - although the path is still a fun dirt trail.
Beautiful views of Canyons, great for photographers and families of all ages!
You'll see ancient Indian petroglyph (carving) panels, a couple of Arches, red rock spires and towering canyon walls all along the beautiful Colorado River.
We will make a few short stops to snack, take pictures, and talk about the Moab history.
Water & Snacks are provided
This tour can accommodate up to 13 passengers. Groups with 1-3 passengers will be in a smaller, private vehicle that is open air.
All ages welcome 0-100!

Kristen was an exceptional guide; she was articulate, personable, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in sharing her experiences with newcomers to this region. She was engaged with our family and very capable of customizing the experience of seeing Moab in a way that only a person who had spent many years here could do; that was exactly what we wanted. we highly recommend that you do this tour with this wonderful guide. She was also an excellent driver and handled the off-road component of the tour with extreme skill. Six stars! John, Anna Marie and Jaina.

We cancelled the tour. The reservation was changed from side by side UTV’s to a modified Chevy suburban off road vehicles are no longer allowed in Canyonland or Arches national park. The tours are only on designated roads.

Austin was a fantastic guide! The petroglyphs were quite interesting, and the views were AMAZING! We had such a good time and would definitely go with Austin again!

We did the Canyonlands tour with Dave and it was great. Dave and his staff were fantastic and very knowledgeable with local history and culture. We very much enjoyed the tour and Dave’s personal approach, would definitely recommend this one for your Moab adventures.

Not a great tour. The guide only stopped at a few petroglyph sites, not at any of the scenic spots. He was inside the truck cab and we tourists were up above what would normally be the truck bed. There was no “guiding” except at the few stops. He knew nothing about the spectacular geology.

The Xtreme 4x4 team is absolutely amazing!! We did the Canyonlands scenic tour with Kevin and it was so much fun!! I would say this business and the experiences they offer are a must when visiting Moab!

He let us personalize our trip for a family event that was near and dear to our heart.

Our family had a great time with Kevin on the off-road tour. The tour took us on the back roads around Canyonlands. It was beautiful. Kevin was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable of the area and history. Definitely recommend this guided tour.

This was a great outing for our family while visiting Moab! We enjoyed the scenic 4x4 tour with Dave. He was a very knowledgeable guide and extremely personable. He gave us a lot of wonderful information about the area as well as insights into the petroglyphs and Kane Creek. The sights from the top of our climb were absolutely breathtaking. I would highly recommend taking this tour to anyone coming to the area. Definitely ask for Dave!
