Paid for this tour, operator never showed up at meeting point to announce trip. The vehicle had no markings, the driver said nothing. I was left standing at meeting location with no trip. I still have not been given a refund after 2-3 weeks. Viator leaves much to be desired.

We were in honeymoon and we had the best exeperience with this agency
I paid for one day of diving, but in the meantime I had a medical emergency, the agent was very understanding and recommended us to reschedule or get the money back
