The catamaran stopped to explore the “reef” but there was no reef and no fish. People kept pushing my 10 year old daughter and swimming into her and there was no order so we went back on board. Then the boat left and half the people were still out there. We had to circle back. Those people went to MUSA. poor communication. I would have liked to go there. Then when you get to the island, you have 4 hours to explore on your own. No guidance at all. At the beach club you get 1.5 hours of buffet and open bar. Then you have to buy anything else you want at exhorbitant pricing. The beach loungers are old and falling apart and there is only about 30 for the 100’s of people on these tours. Of course there are other loungers and tables but you have to pay to sit there. On the way back, the party turns on. Your staff is pushing the alcohol like it isn’t a poison. Not everyone wants tequila poured into their mouths from the bottle. People were over served and they kept asking my 16 year old if he wanted a drink. The trip was already expensive and then they are pushy about asking for tips. The $15USD dock fee is PER PERSON. Why not just include it in the price? That was a gong show. Would not do again.
