We were very excited about the hot air balloon ride and although it was canceled our experience in the area and with our tour was fantastic! It was hot and at times strenuous but our guide encouraged us to continue on not to miss what can only be seen in the area and we are grateful that he did. Every detail was taken care of and constant communication from the tour company. Our flight back was delayed four hours. Tour company monitored the delay and driver was waiting for us to transfer to our Istanbul hotel promptly.

I loved visiting the underground city and our guide, Khan, was awesome! We didn’t do the balloon ride but it is worth getting up early to see the balloons! The breakfast at the Caverna hotel was amazing!
A couple of logistical things that could be improved: 1) The AC in the room we stayed in at the Caverna Hotel was not working properly but I’m sure if we said something, they would have fixed it, 2). The transfers to and from the airport were fine but the vans used were personal vans and unlabeled. A little scary but we got to the proper places on time

This was a wonderful tour of Cappadocia. Baris was such a knowledgeable, friendly, tour guide. The hotel we stayed in overnight was gorgeous, fantastic dinner and breakfast. All the sights and places we visited were so interesting. I would highly recommend doing this tour if visiting Turkey. It was the highlight of our trip, if only we could have stayed longer in Cappadocia.

There are not enough words to praise this experience. If I can give six starts I would. BellaTurk made the entire experience very smooth for my family and me. The logistic from beginning to end was flawless. They kept in touch with us continuously right from beginning. Everything from transfers to excursions were right in time.
I would like to thank Mustafa, Ahmet, Omer and the entire staff including shuttle drivers for their support and knowledge.
I highly recommend this experience.

The tour was fantastic, from beginning to end. They really took all the stress away from organising this trip from Istanbul. No corners cut, they pick you up in a luxury limo and drop you off in a luxury limo. The food provided, which was breakfast and 2x lunch was all of high quality (have to pay for drinks). They also provided a free breakfast when we first got there (sandwich, drink and fruit) which was appreciated by all after the early morning flight! We didn't do the balloon ride in the end (personal decision) but what an amazing tour this was!

This was an astonishing 2-day tour - we had such a short time in Turkey, (only four days - we’ll definitely be back!) so we wanted to get the most out of it. We had a driver included, so were able to cover a lot of ground, very comfortably, in this geological and historical wonderland. Our tour guide in Cappadocia, Barish Shahin, was kind, humorous, always interesting and very, very knowledgeable; and showed us a delightful variety of places - all of them wonderful, and - thanks to him - accessible. We couldn’t possibly have seen as much on our own - nor would we have been as well-informed. We stayed in a so-called “cave hotel”; cool and comfortable, with a delicious meze breakfast included. We did the hot air balloon trip early in the morning, of the second day; and saw the sunrise with the changing light on the unique landscape of Cappadocia below us. He took us on a gentle hike through this flower-and butterfly-filled landscape, (I loved this!) and to the extensive bronze-age underground city. During our trip we saw, up close, the extraordinary sculptured landscape of this region - a crossroad of civilisations over thousands of years - and even went inside a rock house, still used by its owners. I would highly recommend this tour - Bellaturca Travel made sure, as did Barish, our guide, that we had arrived safely at the airport, and then had been met and delivered to our driver back in Istanbul. For us, it couldn’t have been easier, thanks to all the hard work in the background - we would certainly use Bellaturca again.

This is a great trip and great value - a lot is packed into the 2 days. The tour was very well organized with all of the logistics handled by Bellaturca travel - from the pickup at our hotel to the return. Guides were great and we saw a lot of Cappadocia. We also took the optional balloon flight - with all logistics again handled by Bellaturca. We had opted to stay close to IST airport which Bellaturca was also able to accommodate.

We had an amazing experience with Bellaturca! They were so communicative and understanding of individual circumstances when it comes to travel details. The hotel we stayed at was incredible and the food options were wonderful. The guides were great and entertaining. Transportation was easy, safe, and comfortable. Staff members of the company were always available to speak with us and made everything go smoothly. We highly recommend this activity and found it to be the highlight of our vacation. The hot air balloon ride and the underground city were our favorite parts!

We couldn’t be more delighted with our Kapadokya tour! Guides Ahmed and Omer were friendly, welcoming and so informative – we learned a great deal and had a lot fun along the way. Seamless coordination – easy navigation the whole time. Accommodations were gorgeous and meals were delicious. Hot air balloon ride a once-in-a-lifetime experience!
