We honestly can’t recommend this trip enough! It is very well organised & we had clear instructions on what we needed to do. Our tour guide fahme was amazing he is so passionate about his culture & went above & beyond to ensure we had the best experience, thank you so much Fahme!!! Although it was a very tiring day with the heat it was definitely worth it & better than the long coach journey which we did with Luxor. Definitely 5 stars from us.

Not a good experience for the price. You don’t get enough time on your own to look at anything. In the museum And the pyramids everything is rushed. The tour guide fanny seemed very rude and snatched money out my hand for the payment for the Nile cruise when I was happy counting it myself. I suggest paying for this yourself at the cruise because he is probably taking more. They confuse you about paying for camels so you end up paying the camel owner then paying again in the perfume shop. I notice they charged us and not the other family. I think he was homophobic aswell so if this bother you I wouldn’t go on this trip. By the end of it you will wish you didn’t bother. It’s nice seeing the sites but you barley get a chance to take it in. The Tour guide fanny is not a nice person at all. I suggest booking your own flights and taking taxis to were u want to go. They seem to think you got money to lose or that its okay to rip you off and scam you. For people who talk about respect they are VERY disrespectful so for that they have no respect from me utterly disgraceful .

We throughly enjoyed our day trip with this company and highly recommend it.
We were given clear information for pick up and were met at the airport in Cairo by Fahme. He and our driver were wonderful. we went to the museum and wow, does he know his stuff. The Pyramids the same, such knowlege was great.... such an experience with so much information. We didnt really enjoy the paper making shop or the oil shop as these are just selling stops but apart from that it was great day.
Fahme, thank you, you were wonderful in looking after me (I walk with a stick) and made sure I was taken care of.

Great trip, really long day but hardly noticed with our excellent guide Fahme & his experienced driver. From the moment we boarded the bus from the airport to being dropped back, we were entertained, informed & given a memorable experience of not only the museum, pyramids & Nile but different parts of Cairo, such an eye opener. Fahme took photos for everyone & took care of everyone. We were lucky to have a great group too. The WhatsApp support from the team at Book Tour was very reassuring & helpful, super polite & patient.

We had seen several places offering day trips to Cairo, and definitely didn't want to miss out on seeing the pyramids while we were in Egypt.
Before the day, we were sent travel arrangements in good time and asked about any additional needs we had, in our case I mentioned my partner being coeliac. Initially we had booked for a 3:50am timeslot (one of the latest available) but before the day we were informed pickup would be 6:50, which was a welcome alteration!
There was a little delay in our initial pickup, but only five minutes or so, and the tour operator was quick to reply to our message when we got in touch to check that everything was still going ahead as planned.
Travel from Hurghada to Cairo was very smooth and our guides for the day (led by Ahmoud) were waiting just outside the arrivals terminal with clearly marked signs. Within a few minutes we were in our vehicle and off on the tour - with our guide offering interesting insights into the different areas we went through.
The stops included the Egyptian Museum, lunch, The Pyramids, The Sphinx, a couple of stops at some local shops of essential oils and papyrus, an optional boat trip along The Nile, a guided trip through the Khan el-Khalili bazaar, and then a trip to the Festival City Mall. At all stages Ahmoud was full of useful and interesting information about all of the stops we found ourselves in, and both he and the rest of the team were always on hand to offer a hand taking photographs.
It is a long day (our plane left Hurghada at 9:50 and we left Cairo at 23:50), admittedly longer than we'd been expecting, but still very much one we enjoyed and would recommend. The team were always on hand with cold bottled water, and we got the additional bonus halfway through the day of a couple of ice creams bought for us from a convenience shop!
We did have some initial nervousness about arranging everything blindly over the internet/messaging, but we felt completely safe and looked after throughout the duration of the day.
I thoroughly recommend booking this if, like us, you want to see the pyramids while you're here, but you don't fancy the 5-6 hour coach rides there and then the same again on the way back!!

Nach anfänglicher Skepsis ( identisches Angebot hat im Hotel fast 50 % mehr gekostet, haben wir den Ausflug hier gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Unmittelbar nach der Zahlung wurde mit uns Kontakt via WhatsApp aufgenommen und wir wurden mit allen notwendigen Informationen ( Flug, Abholzeiten usw.) versorgt. Früh am Morgen wurden wir pünktlich vom Hotel abgeholt und zum Flughafen gebracht. In Kairo angekommen begrüßte uns Husssein, unser sympathischer Reiseleiter. Er erklärte uns alles ausführlich, ging dabei aber auch jederzeit auf unsere Kinder 6 und 8 ein. Durch den derzeit schwachen Tourismus, war Hussein allein für uns da. Wir empfehlen den Ausflug zu 100 % weiter. Es war wunderschön.

La journée au Caire fut très bien organisée. Tout vous est expliqué au préalable par messages whatsapp. Vous recevez des messages au fur et à mesure pour l’organisation, les horaires de prise en charge, etc. Vous pouvez répondre et poser des questions, les réponses sont très rapides et claires.
Ponctualité au niveau des horaires irréprochable.
Le guide Mahrous qui nous a accompagné au Caire a été fabuleux. Aucun moment de blanc dans la journée. Il a toujours trouvé quelque chose à faire ou à visiter lorsque nous avions du temps de battement.
Nous referions cette excursion à 100% !!

An excellent day. Communication from the initial booking right through to us returning to the hotel was great. Our guide Mario made our trip so enjoyable. He provided all we needed and more and our driver (I forgot his name) was fantastic. Highly recommended

Great day, plenty to see, great communication from team. Met promptly for pick up and tour guide met us at Cairo airport was so nice and spoke perfect English. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about his country’s history. Cruise on Nile a must and a camel ride or horse and cart interesting and cheap for the price but I felt very guilty when I saw how far they had to carry us and in such heat. The lunch was ‘acceptable’ but I am quite fussy. Very long day which other reviews stated so I was expecting it but I felt it could be done in less time we had plenty of spare time where we found ourselves waiting around. A lot of walking & waiting about in the heat with very little shade areas.
Overall glad I did it and saw the pyramids but would I go again no. Would I recommend it to people who struggle with mobility no.
