We had a great time and enjoyed both the Nagoya Castle and Hommaru Palace, as well as the Toyota museum visit, immensely. Very impressive and very interesting ! Yuko is a fantastic guide and made a big difference: very knowledgeable and attentive - and also very proficient in English and super organized - we had a very safe and smooth experience.

Our guide Chao was fabulous, she had a lot of knowledge was well prepared and her English was great. She was very helpful and adaptable and we had a great day seeing the main sights of Nagoya. Thank you Chao.

Yuki was a great guide. We took the subways and visited Nagoya Castle and then downtown Nagoya. It was a beautiful city and Nagoya was very helpful on the tour. We also had a great lunch at our request at an excellent shabu-shabu restaurant. All in all we highly recommend the tour.

Our guide, Tomo, was an outstanding lady, guide, and person. She made our trip to Nagoya so much more enjoyable and personable. We were on a cruise ship, and this was one of our stops. We are very fortunate to have her as a guide. Her knowledge of Nagoya and Japan was amazing and she was most vibrant and a delight to be with. Nagoya was a great city to visit on our cruise tour and I would recommend this city and especially Tomo as a guide to enhance your experience.

The walkabout tour with some local transport commuting is a unique and excellent way to enjoy Nagoya City and its history with a personal touch. Guide Tomoko was concise, informative, friendly and fun to be with for the whole time. During mealtime, she made sure our food allergies were addressed while providing us many nice recommendations to choose from.
I highly recommend this tour to adults (who prefer walking or have no sweat walking around the city). I also recommend this tour to be of a smaller group to have the best experience and also not to crowd walkways while commuting to different places of interest.
Me and my wife really enjoyed the trip! A huge thanks to Tomoko-San.

In summary, Moka is knowledgeable, friendly and anticipative. Specifically, probably also due to her native upbringing, she has good insights into the history of the city as well as the castle and the general city - areas that the trip has taken us today. She is also very friendly - partly aided by her time in the US such that she understands the nuisance of US culture - such that she has been able to engage and listen to us with great understanding and discipline. In addition, she, having probed to find out much about our profiles and this first visit to Nagoya coupled with numerous (10+) trips to Japan, can anticipate our understanding (or the lack of) to share with us the right amount and depth into different aspects and history of the surrounding. Oh, she also has gone out of her way to show us the subway and JR systems and stations- which is very appreciated. Overall, we find the trip with her presence highly rewarding and fun. She and her service have cemented our felt need for retaining good local guide. Very awesome of her.

A few days ago I booked this private tour (Conf# 1480159197; Booking Ref# 1094472377) for our group of 6. Then I received a note from the tour company that they wanted to add 4 people to our group. I checked with our group and they agreed. Then I received another note to add 4 more, which we declined - going from a private group of 6 to 14 was a big change and not what we booked. Then a request for 4 more, which would have made 20. What really upset me was basically "If you don't like it, Cancel! Just as simple as that! Well i did cancel and booked a similar tour through Viator, We've always had such great success with your tours and I feel this company doesn't deserve to be in your catalogue of tours. It's not up to your standard - I don't know what you can do, but i wanted to make sure you knew about this. Thanks for listening and Best Wishes in the New Year.

The trip to Toyota was very nice. The showcase of the progress of Toyota through the years was truly inspiring. Moka, our tour guide was very helpful. She answered all our questions, not only about the trip, but also about all our other concerns.
