My family spent the day with Michal, traveling from Prague to Czesky Krumlov, and then to Salzberg. The drive between each location was a couple of hours — and we had no problem filling the time with interesting conversation about the Czech history, the wild 90s after communism fell, and his favorite Prague historic sites. Czesky Krumlov was beautiful—and Michal shared historic stories and details about the castle, its grounds and the surrounding town. He took us to lunch along the river at a former Medieval home turned restaurant. He even stopped at a bakery on the way out of town so that we could compare kolaches, a native Czech treat we also eat at home in Texas. His van was impeccably clean and comfortable.

Michal, our driver and guide made the trip more memorable. He was kind, courteous, and thoughtful. He contacted me as soon as I booked the trip and made sure the trip was as smooth as possible. As I was travelling with my aged father, he made it a point to include pillows to make the journey comfortable for my dad. Oh, did I mention we got to see Cesky Krumlov too? :)

The sites you’ll visit will speak for themselves. What really separates this tour from others is our guide Michal. He is an absolute professional and a delight to be around. Michal is very hard working, and is knowledgeable of the history of the area. This was truly an awesome day. I cannot thank Michal enough! Great man.

Michal, our chauffeur and operator of the transfer service, is the consummate professional; the drive from Prague to Cesky Krumlov was ~2 hours, and Cesky Krumlov to Salzburg was another 2.5-3 hours, and Michal was excellent company for the entire trip! He’s remarkably well versed on Czech history and the town of Cesky Krumlov (which we spent 2-3 hours in), and knows the best lunch spot in the entire country. Highly recommend this service if your plans involve going from Prague to Salzburg!
