Wonderful experience! Having been to Balos a few times before, I wanted a new experience. The team were fantastic. Yianni, Dimitri & Jessica provided an amazing experience and I highly recommend.

Absolutely worth every dime. Balos is truly one of the most spectacular beaches in the world.
This was my second trip there. The first time we went with one of the large boats, packed like sardines.
This time:
The boat was immaculately kept; the crew was professional, friendly, alert to the needs of the passengers at all times, engaging, and worked together seamlessly. There were less than 25 people aboard. There was room to sit, stretch out and sunbathe. The bathrooms were the cleanest, most comfortable on any day trip I’ve ever been on. The food, drinks and snacks were plentiful and delicious, The views are incredible, the water so clear and clean it’s surreal. When you come to Crete there are two things you must do: Knossos and Balos.
When you go to Balos, go with this company!

Lovely staff, specious catamaran and great food.. what else you can ask for?! We had the best time, gramvousa definitely was a heaven( i liked it better than balos). They have everything you will need on the boat..we float, snorkel, paddle boat, eat, swim, joke around and socialize and drink some good wine/beer. I could give this 10 stars, best in the island. We are a family of 4 ( 2 kids), it's really affordable when you calculate the amount of activities you do and the food/Alcohol. Don't try to kill your knees tryinh to hike to Balos and back plus you will miss the gramvousa! Just book this and enjoy, this is everything you will need for the day.

This was my favorite day of our holiday! The views, music, food, crew, and information they shared with us about everything we saw far exceeded our expectations. The beaches were absolutely stunning and the food was home cooked right on the boat with us. It was such a beautiful and unforgettable experience that I would love to do again.

The most incredible trip! Friendly and very attentive staff, food was excellent, captain very knowledgeable and enjoyed discussing the ocean / boat with guests. Very comfortable with multiple seating / lounging options for all guests. I was 6 months pregnant and very comfortable throughout. The route was simple breathtaking and the time allotted to explore the two sites worked perfectly.

We’re so glad we booked this boat trip. We were absolutely pampered on board by the crew—lots of food, drinks, and other supplies. The crew were fantastic, and the boat felt luxurious, especially since there were only 7 passengers that day. Truly there’s not a single complaint I have. The best part about this trip, in my view, is that they have timed the excursion so you avoid the crowds. You’ll see the loaded ferries carting people around, but for both Balos and Gramvuosa our visits were timed just perfectly so we only had to share the areas with a few others who took private boats.
We’ll be back on this boat next time we visit Crete, and would recommend it to anyone who wants to swim in turquoise water or enjoy a day on a boat.
Also, one last note: we considered our other alternatives for visiting Balos—the ferry or the private boat. After seeing the ferries and the private boats throughout the day, we were so glad we chose this option. The ferries look maddeningly crowded, and the private boats look a little awkward, wet, and don’t have the amenities.

We wanted a relaxing time before heading off to Rome and we could not made a better choice. Everything was fabulous. The staff was attentive and warm. They insured that we knew we were to be pampered and we were. The foods was very tasty, fresh and plentiful. You are never left thirsty. And the scenery was one of a kind. The water was clear blue. Beautiful. If you want a day on the water, look no more. DanEri Yachts is highly recommended. Thanks to the crew for a wonderful day!
