This activity is ideal for those looking for a real challenge. Almost at the end of the trail, there is a steep climbing section known as Carrasqueira, an almost straight wall 40m high, but don't worry, we provide all the necessary safety equipment! Upon reaching the summit, we will stop to rest, have a snack, take pictures, and contemplate nature and the 360º view of the city. Located in the Tijuca National Park, between the neighborhoods of Barra da Tijuca and São Conrado, Pedra da Gávea is the largest monolith by the sea in the world, 842 meters above sea level. But that's not the only reason why it fascinates locals and tourists: Pedra da Gávea is a reference for mountaineering, being considered the most challenging trail in the city as it has short sections of climbing during its ascent. But the effort is worth it: at the top, we have a breathtaking panoramic view of the Tijuca Forest, the West Zone, and the entire edge of the South Zone.
