This was the highlight of our trip to Antigua! The whole experience was so fun. We laughed, dance, cooked, practiced our Spanish, and left with new friends! Highly recommend!

The cooking class was absolutely amazing. One of the highlights of the trip for my daughter and I. We learned how to make the local dishes, and we were also given the recipe to make the meals at home.

Had such an amazing experience! Chef Dario showed me and my boyfriend how to make authentic Subanik, Boxboles,and plátanos rellenos. Highly recommend for food lovers and enthusiasts!

Very attentive, and caring. My daughter and I felt like family. The food were delicious. We learned so many new and easy steps to making dishes at home. Honestly , I will highly recommend this class to anyone interest in a bonding moment with a friend or love one.

From the beginning to the end Dario and Brandon made me feel like family! I left the class thinking I could really cook an authentic Guatemalan meal. Dario was excellent teacher and very patient, professional, and fun. Meal and wine were both delicious.
I would highly recommend this cooking class!
I would definitely take class again if Antiqua again.

My cooking class and market tour with Cuscun has been one of the highlights of my trip to Antigua, Guatemala. Darío, the chef, was an excellent guide around both the market and the kitchen. The dobladas, my favorite part of the meal, were spectacular. We made them with and without cheese because I'm extremely lactose intolerant. I sincerely appreciate Darío's ability and willingness to work with my food issues (also allergic to mushrooms and shellfish). Be prepared to laugh at yourself. Darío made everything look easy... but when you try it, for example making tortillas, it can be absolutely comical. I highly recommend this experience.

My wife and I took the class on June 1st. It was fantastic, we learned to cook Pepian from start to finish along with rellinitos. Pamala was excellent and very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended.
