Pizza was described and photographed as cheese pizza and came out as blue cheese pizza (mould on a pizza does warrant having blue cheese in the description). Staff unwilling to change order, as we paid up front, they would not budge.

Hot, slow, and some elevators and escalators broken. Vendors rude! Not a pleasant experience!
Poor services on offer and price gauging rampant!!! Very expensive and poor quality especially tt bistro.

I found the airport to be crowded and chaotic, especially during peak hours. The check-in and security processes were slow, and there were long queues at every counter.
However, the airport has decent facilities, including shops, restaurants, and lounges. The Wi-Fi connection was also reliable, which was a much-needed relief for me. The duty-free shopping area had a good variety of products, but the prices were quite expensive compared to other airports in the region.
The airport staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience more comfortable. The signage could be improved, as it was difficult to navigate around the airport, especially for first-time visitors.
Overall, Tan Son Nhat airport is not the best airport I have been to, but considering the number of passengers it handles, it does an adequate job. The airport could benefit from more organization and better facilities, but the staff's hospitality made up for the shortcomings.

My first impression of Tan Son Nhat Airport in Vietnam was that it was very busy and crowded. The airport was bustling with people coming and going, and it was quite overwhelming at first. However, the staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience much more enjoyable. The facilities were modern and clean, with plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. It may have been a bit chaotic.

The transport did not show up at the airport after waiting 3 hours I caught a cab to the airport. The person who was supposed to pick me up from the hotel didn't pick me up for the Cu Chi Tunnels. So far it's been horrible.

My flight was delayed to the next day. I tried desperately to contact this airport transfer service To Let them know to reschedule the pick up time. I tried calling number, it doesn’t exist. Triton them an email through the email registered on their website, it doesn’t exist. Did not even get a response via trip advisor or any of their social medias. Who is checking the contact platforms?
So unfortunate that we weren’t able to get anything resceduled. $34 is a lot for an airport transfer when I can pay five dollars with Grab.

No one met us at the airport! We waited for 1/2 hour, but no show, so we had to take a taxi. Needless to say, we were very disappointed after having traveled for nearly 24 hours.

The Viator agent to pick me up at the airport did not show up. I paid for the trip and got stranded. I requested my money back and have received no response.

booked and paid prior to arrival.
Sent message via the app to the company and phone number, confirming my flight number and arrival date.
I didnt receive a response.
Arrived on the flight nd no-one turned up to pick me up.
do not use, avoid this one !

It worked as planned, the driver met us at the designated point, with a brand new Ford 4X4, with good air con. He assisted with the bags, so all in all a great experience.
We tried to book the return transfer from the hotel to the airport, this caused major issues. Firstly it is very difficult to find the 'return journey' on the website, plenty of airport to hotel transfers, but very difficult to find the return,. Beetrip helpful but I think our credit card has been hacked on their website. We will await our credit card statements to confirm.
