We've had holidays in Hurghada for last few years and every time have booked some trips and private transfer with Falcon. We were very happy with the service and prices, highly recommend this Company, very well organization, especially to go with Sam on the trips as he is very professional, taking a good care of Customers and good fun too ;-)

Just back from a week in Hurghada and took 4 tours with Falcon after checking many different tours and reviews. The trips were fantastic and each guide was polite and friendly, the staff couldn't do enough. Each tour collected from our hotel so as two women we felt very safe, guides all spoke great English and cars were clean and in good condition. We took the private speedboat to 'Dolphin house', which is just an area of the sea that dolphins frequent, rather than trawl the sea our captain took us to a lovely white sand bank for a photo stop and paddle then once receiving word of dolphins we headed off. This was my least favourite trip because the number of boats was extreme and they all jostled for position and corralled the dolphins, cutting them off and practically blocking their path, I thought one would get chopped by a boat propeller it drove straight over it, not our captains fault as this is what happens in Egypt but it wasn't my fave trip, that aside the captain and guide were great and the sea was lovely. Was impossible to swim with the dolphins given the number of boats, large and small jostling, deffo no health and safety considerations. We also went to Mini Egypt, bit cheesy and can be done in an hour but again the driver waited for us and even took some photos he whatsapped to us later, best was the guide inside took some great shots of my daughter kissing the Sphinx etc, they looked really professional and he took on her phone so no charge, of course we tipped him.
The Quads were great fun, we had a 1-2-1 as there were only two of us booked for the afternoon so it felt really private, the area does look like a rubbish tip at the start and we drove out into the dessert it is quite bumpy and a little rockey but manage expectations and accept Egypt is Egypt and go with the flow. The drive made sure he checked back that we were ok and helped fix our head scarves etc. Take scarf, glasses, water and a long sleeve as the dust was sticky, we stopped for a photo shoot and then we were taken to the Bedouin village and offered some tea, we could take a very short camel ride, photo op and I think the camel owners hope for a tip, or buy some trinkets and to be honest after the bone jarring ride out it was a nice stop even if a little bit of a tourist trap but not a massively hard sell to buy anything. The guide even climbed a hill with my daughter to ensure she was safe, I watched from a comfortable distance.
Best of all was the Orange Bay boat trip, picked up at 8.00am from our hotel, boat was big and clean with plenty of space to sit in the shade or sun as you preferred, we didn't get going until 10.10 though as we waited for some passengers so don't expect a prompt start, this is Egypt and time is different :-) , we stopped for snorkelling with numerous guides in the water with swimmers, checking people were comfortable and several more on the deck with the kids or helping then in and out, the sea was beautiful if a little rough. Food and drink on board was included so soft drinks and then a simple but tasty lunch, Rice, salad vegetables, steamed fish , chicken or beef, it actually tasted good although I was hoping for some of the yummy pitta bread alongside it. There is also for sale beer and ice cream and crisps, $3 for cornetto or Doritos big bag, I think $6 for a beer. Finally on to Orange bay and the water is amazing, knee deep for a lot of the beach, no good for snorkeling but crystal clear water and white sand, the boat photographer did follow us and encouraged us into a number of beach posed shots, which at the time was a little annoying as we only got 2 hours on the island, and of course then on the way home the obligatory 'photo sell' , in truth they were politely persuasive rather than pushy so a firm no would work but actually I did want the photos so we discussed an agreeable price, they whatsapped them the next day and they do look great and included some shots of me snorkelling, for what I got I was happy with the price I paid. Orange Island is lovely but the Cocktails are $9 and $3 for an icecream, would suggest grabbing a couple of bottle off the boat and taking snacks if you don't want to hit in the wallet. There is pizza and chips , waffles etc but captive audience prices. The Inflatable part on the way back was disappointing, literally a 1 min swoop in a 'sofa' inflatable, again photo op and then back to the boat so not long enough really, maybe the sea was too rough but I think it would have been better to do it before Orange Island maybe after snorkelling when everyone was still wet as afterwards everyone had towelled off and got dry. I don't know if normally the inflatable section is literally less than 2 mins or if they felt obliged to meet the advertised criteria but it wasn't long enough to justify getting wet again after a long day. But it didn't detract from the day and we would totally book with Falcon again, remembering too it is Ramadan so whilst we were having fun and eating etc these guys maybe hadn't eaten since sunrise, they stayed cheery throughout and nothing was too much trouble. We did see some tours advertised slightly cheaper and we did wonder if we were paying a little over the odds for a couple of the trips but we paid for the security of knowing we would be escorted safely to and from hotel and have English speaking guides incase of any accidents etc so don't feel it was excessively more expensive than others, we could have gotten a little cheaper maybe but I believe we got what we paid for, all messages with Anne were answered promptly, we had a mix of currency and this wasn't a problem, we really enjoyed our trips with Falcon and will be the first stop when we return.

We regularly use Falcon for our transfers and trips they are highly recommended for a reason! You get a 5 star ⭐️ service from booking to your excursion. This time we did a quad afternoon trip you are picked up from your hotel and taken to the quad centre where you await any others that are joining the trip (you can do a private trip) then Ali from Falcon joined us he gave everyone a in depth talk on how to use the quads and anything else we needed to know. Then it was on the quads and off on our first leg of the journey we drove into the dessert and got a really good amount of time on the quads. We had a short stop to stretch our legs and take some pictures which the Falcon guide or quad staff help you take. Then it was onto the boudin village in the dessert here we got to have a camel ride, see how they make bread, enjoyed some tea and you could also purchase some traditional handmade remedies if you wanted. When we were done it was back on the quads for the journey back to the quad centre. When we got back if you wanted to purchase some of the professional pictures that were taken you could but there was no pressure to buy. We were then taken back to our hotel. This is a great fun trip to do whilst your in Hurghada you can do it in the morning or afternoon and it’s also very reasonably priced too.

My partner and little boy did this day out and they absolutely loved it. The tour guides really looked after them and they had a fab day. Thank you falcon excursions. We also hired a wifi router from them due to a toddler who was getting mad at the hotels terrible wifi! And it worked like a dream and lasted really well! Would definitely use them for future trips and wifi on our next trip to hurgada :) thanks guys
