Excellent service, from our ride from hotel to the tour spot. The scenery was amazing. We couldn’t do the tour the day we booked it for and they were very accommodating changing the date for us. I would definitely use them again.

My family and I went on a camel safari and had a great time. Their service was very good and on time. In addition to the professional photos they took for us, they also helped us take short videos along the way, leaving us with wonderful memories👍🏻

Recommended the camel tour with highline travel agency. The owner of the agency is an excellent person, very honest and kind. The tour is fantastic, very pleasant.

The Camels go slow and that gives you the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the Rose Valley, also, the guides walk alongside the camels to ensure that you are safe during the tour and take pictures to make sure that you remember the experience!

My previous review was removed. But be honest trip adviser.
As per their offer, the time was from 5 pm.
But after booking they told it was wrong information provided by trip adviser. Actual time is from 3:30. But at that time I had other commitment.
They were supposed to pick me up from my hotel. My hotel was in their list of pick up. But they called me and informed its the mistake of trip adviser.
They told me to cancel the trip which I have already paid. So I refused, and rather told them to cancel it and refund my money. They cancelled but my 90 USD was not refunded.
I hope trip adviser will take appropriate actions. Not just removing review without any solution.

Tour guides were incredible friendly. Super easy to arrange a hotel pick up and the experience was breath taking - the view on the ride is beautiful for photos. The guides takes lovely photos for you, but also offer a drone video which is just lush! I highly recommend getting that.

We booked a daily green tour, red tour and camel tour from Highline Travel, which we went with the recommendation of a friend, they were all really perfect, the agency is really professional, so I highly recommend it. Thanks for everything Highline Travel family👍
