At best this was a 2 stars. Firstly buy your own scarfs for 1 euro, they want to charge $3 for scarf hire and $3 for goggles per person. Alot of shops sell them, the safari park staff who try to hire them out to you are con artists, don't hire scarfs or Goggles from them, buy the scarf from the shop and use your sunglasses instead, goggles are not necessary. We got charged 500 EGP ($15) for entry into the park for 5 people, then the other guy charged us 600 EGP ($15) for hire of 5 goggles. I told him that at the entrance we paid 500 EGP which is $15 and here $15 is being exchanged for 600 EGP, he showed me a piece of paper that said $3 is worth 120 EGP, so for 5 people is 600 EGP, I couldn't believe that 3 metres away $15 was 500 but 3 metres later it was 600 EGP, I tried to argue my point but he didn't want to listen. Also the tour guides were rude, I was stopping to wait for my daughter and they kept screaming at me, I argued with 2 of them for this reason. When we got to the bedouin village 1 of the guides were stoned from smoking weed, and another one asked me to follow him somewhere quite and offered to sell me some weed, they were both stoned and cannot be trusted to take anyone out in the desert, they are not safe to be around. Upon returning to the safari park area we were not returned our hats which they took from us before we left, even when I asked him for the hats he said wait inside I'll bring it, he did not, then our bus arrived and we rushed not to miss the bus and we forgot our hats. After writing to their WhatsApp number it took around another week to get our hats back from them.

nobody should go as a couple. Before I booked, I specifically asked if we could ride the camel and quad bike as a pair, but we were not able to ride the camel. I mentioned at the location that I had only booked it for that reason, but nobody was interested. Additionally, the quad bikes were really poorly made and cheap, it was very painful to press the accelerator. To top it off, we were then forgotten when it was time to go back, so we ended up being stuck in a bus for 20 minutes alone and we were also forgotten there. It was a nightmare trip and I am really angry and frustrated with the entire experience!
