An authentic Food experience here at Three Farms Island where in addition to producing our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, we also produce almonds, carobs, citrus, bread, wine, jams with the fruits we grow, tomato sauce, spirits and many other things happy to share with you.

Fabio gave a detailed, personal view of what farming in a rustic setting is all about. His presentation was both interesting and engaging. The food and fellowship with other guests was very satisfying. This young couple is doing admirable things with his ancestral home and farm.

We had an incredible time with Fabio and Annarella; this was certainly the highlight of our time in Sicily. Sicily in general took us by surprise, but Fabio and Annarella's farm seemed like a beautiful back door to the culture and landscape.
Fabio and Annarella are amazing cooks and their knowledge of the history of the Italian cuisine is endless!

This was THE highlight of my trip. If you are visiting Sicily, you will not get a complete perspective on the region without an education in its traditional agricultural products: lemons, oranges, olives, and almonds. Fabio's tour of the farm was illuminating and fun. Afterwards, we ate a delicious meal all together, sharing stories and experiences about our respective trips and learning about our cultures! Everything we ate was made from scratch and picked on the farm that afternoon, including pasta al limone, house-made olive oil, fresh ricotta, and wine. It was a generous meal and absolutely worth the price! Grazie a tutto Fabio e Annarella!

If it's delicious home grown & locally sourced ingredients, you're looking for, on a bio farm, with Traditional recipes, passed down through generations of Sicilian families, then this is the Experience for you! Annarella & Fabio, who are passionate about bio products, are the most amazing hosts. The food was so tasty, with several courses, including fish, pasta, local cheeses, home made breads, olives, almonds etc grown on their farm. The vino rosso is produced by the father of Fabio, and is to die for. The Extra Virgin, bio, Olive Oil from their olive trees, is the best I have ever tasted. Every course was so tasty because the ingredients are fresh, including the home grown veg. So many different varieties of food to mention. It's really good value for money and the tour of the farm was delightful. The farm is rustic, simple, natural and very homely , comfortable & welcoming. The table was beautifully set with crockery that belonged to the grandmother of the hosts. This is my second time at this Experience and it just got better. The first time I had dinner which is usually in the hotter months with Lunch in the cooler months. I want to say a HUGE thank you to both Fabio & Annarella who were amazing hosts and a further thank you for all the info you gave to me of the area. I was going to Noto after leaving the experience - Fabio kindly let us follow him in his car and showed us where to safely park for free. Thanks guys, I will be back.
