一週間以上前に予約していたのに、予約日の前日に急に一方的にキャンセルされました。
前日に突然キャンセルされても、こんなタイミングでは代替案も見つかりません。おかげで貴重な一日の予定がぶち壊しでした。
オンラインでキャンセル処理されたので、結局最後まで会社から直接連絡がなく、キャンセル理由も聞かされずじまいです。不誠実かつ失礼すぎます。
二度と利用しません。
大切な時間を無駄にしたくなければ、この会社で予約しない方がいいと思います。ありえないくらい無責任な対応です。
We booked this tour beforehand, but they unilaterally cancelled it just one day before without saying anything!! Since they cancelled it through online, we have heard nothing from them till the end. They broke our tomorrow's schedule and ruined one of our vacation day. That's really rude and it is a dishonest behavior. I'll never book their tour again. Don't book if you don't want to waste your important time.
