Loved sailing down the Nile. Very peaceful, beautiful scenery and really good food. Highlight was hot air balloon flight over the Nile and Valley of the Kings at sunrise. Egypt offers an amazing cornucopia of sights and history. Thanks to Mohamed at Here Egypt for your incredible organizing skills, we were always so well taken care of. Sayed and Michael were fantastic guides, so knowledgeable and always ready to share their love of beautiful Egypt. Word to the wise: pay extra to fly between Cairo and either Luxor or Aswan.

Exiting, amazing and adventurous. Traveling Egypt is not easy for tourist that don’t speak Arabic, you may book tours to see the fascinating history of this country. This was my first tour as a traveler, I was the only persone in my tour so I love it! so don’t expect to be with many more people.
They arrange everything for you and I got all what they offer in the itinerary, from door to door to the airport. The tour guide Ramsi, was fantastic, explaining with passion and great knowledge Egypt history, Mohamed the manager was also very attentive, allways answering to any question.
What I love of this tour is that you really get to experience traveling Egypt by your self when you have to do the long and unforgettable trains and the free day in Cairo. The other days all activities by the guides are well arranged and always on time, some days with busy schedule. Egypt is mind blowing like a dream, and is a rough hot place full of wonderful ancient beauty!

I had a private tour of the pyramids and sphinx and then was in a small group for the Nile tours. The guides were excellent and even the drivers I had went out of their way to point out things as we drove and explain the history.
The hotel is definitely 3 stars, but its fine for the amount of time you stay there. If I was staying in the hotel longer I would of upgraded.
The tour changed the direction of my Nile cruise so I went Aswan to Luxor. The night train Cairo to Aswan is 15 hours and Luxor to Cairo is 12 hours. The seats are nice and big and the train was never over crowded or loud, so you can sleep. The only problem being there are no announcements of what station you are at but I just asked the other passengers and they told me when to get off.
I travelled solo as a female and no one harassed me. You'll get taxi drivers asking if you want a taxi but just say no and they immediately back off. The same with people trying to sell you things. You just keep walking and they will leave you alone. Everyone was actually really nice to me and helpful.
One thing to be aware of is that after I booked the tour company Here Egypt Tours made no contact with me. However 2 days before the tour started I received multiple WhatsApp messages from the tour from who would pick me up at the airport, the guide for the pyramids tour and the tour operator in charge of my tour. Also during the tour I WhatsApped my tour group with questions and to book some extras multiple times and they responded very quickly and sorted everything for me.
Overall an excellent tour. Do be aware though that the Nile part involves really early mornings. On 2 occasions I had tours start at 3.45am and the latest tour start was 5.45am. You get to see so much though and even have a nice amount of time to enjoy cruising the Nile and being in the swimming pool.
