Deliberately disorganized to create confusion and make you think that they are saving the day and you owe them. The truth is that this is very bad value for money. All they want is tips and if you dont tip they completely ignore and are borderline aggressive.
Behaviors such as trying to give us a fake 10$ bill asking for change happened in those 60 hours on the boat.
The trip also included a shuttle in the end. When we asked for it, they just told us to pay a taxi.

Ours was from Aswan to Luxor.
very bad for the price for many reason. deteriorated vessel,. low quality service as a hotel, nothing to do on the deck, not good guide,, the worst quality guide we ever met in Egypt, , no,hot water to shower, no credit catd accepted, not clean, no free water, no pot in the room, not enough time off the vessel, If we shoukd have known some of these facts, never oined.

From the time we were received at Airport, our Tour Guide (Egyptologist) Mr Ahmed Abbas ensured that we had an excellent trip. He ensured that we were acquainted with all the necessary knowledge before visiting historic sites from Aswan to Luxor. We especially liked his description of important paintings in each Temple/Site.

We met Mr Ahmed Abbas, our tour guide at Aswan. He made sure all our necessities were taken care of including transfer of luggage to cruise, status of rooms and location of room.
He made sure to brief us on all smaller details including shops to buys souvenir from, appropriate rate for tips to staff of cruise as per norms and all timings.
An ever smiling guide who was ready to clear all doubts at all points of time.
Definitely recommended...

Nice cruise with very funny service (foot, bar, service, ...).
Never experienced so attentive personal. The view on the Nil was awesome and it's possible to get a nice picture from the landscape and sometimes of the farmwork.
Rooms and variety of different meals were nice.
We loved the way to travel, but proabely won't do it again due to the dramandous ammount of carbon and smoke which the cruises pollute. You will fine lots of cruises on the Nil and all of them are no "zero emmission ships" rather dramandous emmission streamboat.

We booked this cruise months ago with a good deal. Two days before sailing, they canceled it for no other reason than "the boat is not sailing." I go to Viator again to look for an alternative and I see the same cruise, same day, and same conditions but for more than double the money. I start with complaints and fights and the contact person offers me another one with THEIR AGENCY for the same price I paid at the beginning. Of course, without a website or guarantees of anything. It literally tells me that it sends me a link to make the payment and that once paid it sends me the reservation confirmation. In the end, what could have been two great days sailing the Nile, turns into 3 hours by train and two more days in hotels in Aswan. I don't recommend it at all, pirates, liars, tricksters. They ruin your vacation by getting more money.
I am surprised that Viator does nothing to guarantee the quality of the products offered. I thought they were more serious.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
It was really loud for people that decided not to go the party you could have at least closed the bar door so people can sleep.
Staff asking for tips for no reason really rude didn't even want to bring our bags down when we checked out.
Boat was never on schedule late every time.
For people that decided not to do the Abu simbel tour were served leftovers from breakfast as their breakfast.
Will never go on a cruise again because of this experience!
