What a waste of time!! We booked a snorkelling trip for a birthday in Hurghada via Viator a couple of days ago. Waited for an hour in the hotel lobby and they never arrived. There was not even a phone call or explanation from them. So dissatisfied and disappointed!! Luckily we got the refund from Viator straight away!!!
