As we exited customs our driver was waiting with a sign with our name. He was prompt, and courteous. Upon arriving at our hotel he brought the luggage in for us. Just peace of mind after a long day of travel.

The driver, Martin, was very patient with us just getting off the plane from Arizona. He met us as scheduled. Helped with the bags. Loaded us in the car. Had a great conversation with him the entire trip to the hotel. He shared a lot of information about the area. I felt very calm about his driving, he’s a good driver. Helped unload the bags. Over all a perfect experience..

The car and driver was fine. The issue arises when our plane from USA landed at 12:07 and we were charged extra because we were not there in 10 minutes! It took 15 minutes for the plane to get to the gate another 20 to get off the plane and to customs and 10 to get down to our pick up.
The person on the phone trying to tell us was beating around the bush and took another 5 minutes to ask for extra pounds.

Leslie was awesome! Our British Airways flight was 2 hours late but he waited for us. He had such a wonderful laid back positive attitude it was very calming after a full day of dealing with the chaotic madness of British airways

Constantin was in touch with us shortly after we deplaned. He picked us up when we had cleared immigration and customs and provided a comfortable and peaceful ride into London. He shared some of the important venues as we passed. Lastly, he asked about what kind of music we preferred. It was a great ride!

I driver made us wait 30 mins and was not at the designated pick up point and did not have my name displayed. I had to vector him to us while we were both on the phone. He was from India and spoke very little English. From the time we finally met one another, he didn't utter a word.
