To start off, the boat is really cool and fun to ride in. The staff was friendly and helpful. The problem is that the "shipwrecks" are just former coast guard patrol boats intentionally sunk to start a reef. The coral and the fish have not caught up with the plan. The snorkeling time was a boring patch of very little sea life. Recommend you do something else more interesting.

These people treat you as though you are cattle. Rude behavior and bad communication. The reggaeton music is so loud in the office you can't even have a conversation. The captain of the boat (Ceaser) has a "smart-ass" attitude which is just gross to deal with. The crew almost forces you to give them a tip before leaving the port. Obviously this company doesn't pay it's employees well because they behave like they hate their jobs. They try to railroad you even for pictures at more than $25 dollars for one photo. I will never use EnvaTours again. O.001 Stars.

Great tour. We had a very nice time.I would definitely recommend especially if you want to see the sea life and not need to get on the water to snorkel.

BE AWARE!!!! Dont use this company!! Worst experience ever! We arrived at location at the time on all the trip advisors departure times. 4 pieces of paper said 7am!!! The company says they messaged saying 11:30, but then why would all of the other pieces of paper with all the ticket info would say a different time. That seems very fishy to me. AMAZING !! My girlfriend and I loved it and We went on august 31st . William and the crew took good care of us. I would really recommend everybody to go to them if you want the best experience!! The People there are very friendly!
