We were picked up and dropped off at that airport as requested. Car was clean and the driver navigated the roads well.

The projected time for us to get out of customs was around 12 midnight. However our flight landed 30 mins earlier and we got out of customs about 1hr earlier and the driver was already ready to pick us. The ride was pleasant. The driver was friendly and offered suggestions for our itinerary. Our hotel was at a small alley and difficult for the limousine to manoeuvre but he tried his best to drive through the small alleys despite some obstacles and difficulties and brought us safely right in front of our hotel. Excellent service.

Didnt get picked up for the transfer. No decent explanation was given as to why. Asked for a refund and was declined.

The driver who took me to the airport was not what I expected. One day before, he kept texting me and telling me to make my pick up time early and that it would take 2 hours to get to ICN Airport—this was very stressful. Folks whom I spoke with including drivers said that it shouldn't take that long even on rush hour. So I had to cut my tour early so he can pick me up at 4:30 p.m. instead of my preferred 5:00 p.m. time even though I had no luggage to check in and already had my boarding pass. When he picked me up at the location in Seoul, he and the car reeked of cigarette smoke!!! I could barely breathe. Moreover, he doesn't speak English. He only translated texts so oral/verbal communication was challenging. We got to ICN Airport in 45 minutes even in rush hour! I will never ride with them again given this very unpleasant experience and cost (higher than the usual taxi rate of 69,000 won one way to/from ICN Airport).

Nice service and friendly driver. Also great communication from the service with whatsapp messaging to make sure the driver was ready by the time we had cleared customs and gotten our luggage. The vehicle was nice and clean and comfortable for the hour long journey between the airport and our hotel

The worst airport transfer I’ve ever had. I expected a driver with a sign after I got my luggage. Instead a driver messaged me on Watsapp to walk out of a the airport to a parking lot H, turn right and to find his car based on the licence plate he messaged.. Last thing I wanted to do after 12 hour flight is walking with 3 suitcases around the parking lot and looking for a vehicle. Eventually I had to call him as I coundn’t see it. He finally got out of his car and waved his hand. Seriously?!
When we got to the hotel, we got dropped off on the opposite side of the road. I had to roll my suitcase across the street. I guess he didn’t want to waste his time to u-turn and drop us at the curb-side of the hotel.
He was zigzagging 120 kmph through traffic during a heavy pouring rain. At least I am alive.

Dthe driver did not check that the flight was delayed so came early and stated he had waited and left. When contacted he stayed that he needed an extra USD 30 to come back to pick us up. He wanted payment to be made directly to him, not Viator, which may be against Viators policy. I then proceeded to cancel.
