Amazing tour guide and KK Sharma is the best driver! Thank you so much highly recommend!!! :) we as females felt very safe and enjoyed! KK Sharma is a very kind and knowledgeable person and made out trip so much more rememberable!

We had the best time touring the Taj Mahal with our excellent tour guide Rajni Kant! With his vast experience, he knew exactly where to take the best photos and provided us with incredible insights. Amazing experience!

Good. Driver KK Sharma was helpful and always on time. Car was clean and even had WiFi. He stopped at the roadside to let us try local delicacies.

Praveen aka Rocky provided a very detailed tour of Agra and the Taj Mahal. His vast knowledge and history was impressive. Omkar, my driver kept was all safe and both we’re flexible.

Whilst the tour was good, we were never given a daily timetable itinerary and the communication from Nikita Holidays was poor. As an example, to start the tour, the driver turned up an hour late and we only found this out by calling and texting Nikita Holidays via Whatsapp, they did not communicate this to us. The guides also tried to direct us to spend time various businesses rather than the highlights we wanted to see, so we would suggest others will need to be firm with their guides about what they want to see, particularly in terms of priorities and time. The accommodation at the KK resort Jaipur was good but the service standard and communication was poor.

I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see what India has to offer! It may require some long car rides, but our driver, KK, was the absolute best - he made sure we were comfortable, connected to wifi, had plenty of water and stopped for some delicious masala chai or the restroom whenever we needed. He maneuvered through traffic like a pro and was always quick with the drop offs and pick ups at each stop on the tour. Our guides for Agra and Jaipur - Ranji and Surya - were some of the most knowledgeable people I’ve met, expertly explaining the history of the monuments, cities and people involved at each stop. They were excited to answer any questions we might have and also kindly offered to take photos of us at each location. I’m so glad we booked this tour for our trip and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the area!

This is a quick trip for the golden triangle. They were accommodating for a larger group (9). We asked for an addended time to start at 3 am instead of 7 am to drive from Delhi to Agra, and they were able to accommodate.

However, Nikita company does not communicate with the tour guide or driver about adjustments in the tour. We wanted to visit Patrika gate (3 min drive from our Hotel, Fern Hotel) and was told multiple times from Puneet Sharma, the Nikita guides tour coordinator that this would be completed. We also asked if we could walk across the street to the Tatoo Cafe to see the Hawa Mahal which he also said would be no problem. We also asked if we could pay extra to see the Blue room at the city palace which he said could be done. We also lastly asked if we could eat at a different restaurant in Jaipur for lunch and provided the location of the restaurant and he said it would be fine.

On the day of the Jaipur tour, we met our tour guide and none of these things were accommodated except the lunch. However our tour guide was not communicated that we would like to go to a different restaurant for lunch, and this also caused a hassle for back and forth on the day of the tour when he had to communicate with the tour company.

With the Jaipur tour, we were also significantly rushed, with few time for pictures in the City palace.
the hotel, Fern Hotel, is a 5 star hotel, but not at the same comparison as to what we were quoted. We were originally quoted that we would be staying at the Hilton. However, they book about 2 days befor the tour and they said that it was no longer available and could only book the Fern Hotel.

The tour also requires you visit tourist traps where they try to sell you higher priced products.

Given how expensive this tour company is, I would recommend looking elsewhere for a company that has better communication. You also see very few spots in comparison to other tours, aside from the spots where you have people trying to sell you things.

Overall a nice experience, express visits to the most famous famous places in Agra and Jaipur. However, the agenda was completely different than the booking itinerary indicated on the page (without previous notice), and additional/ unrequested stops were added at local handcraft stores. The driver and guides were friendly and walked us through nicely through the different locations. A good option if you want to have a quick visit to both cities.

Nikita Holidays arranged a great tour of Agra and surroundings for us. The pre-trip planning was smooth. The guide Vijay, was knowledgeable, patient and warm. He made sure we had a wonderful time in Agra. Would definitely recommend him.
