It was really awesome! The driver and guides were all amazing and so was seeing the sunrise at Mount Batur. I didn't like the initial part of the walk since the road was crowded with other jeeps and bikes (which made it dusty and noisy and polluted) but the rest of the trip and the rest of the day were outstanding. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

We had an amazing trip to Mt Batur and rafting! It was an adventure packed day that was absolutely perfect. We were picked up promptly at 2:30 and our driver, Ady, was an excellent guide. The roads to Mt Batur are narrow and winding but he was great as we napped to our destination. After the hike, we chatted in the car about life in US vs Indonesia and we learned so much about the culture and experiences, something you don’t get in guidebooks. He was always there ready for us once we finished our excursions and the rafting also did not disappoint.
We had some last minute questions the night before our tour, and the company wa a highly communicative and responsive.
This is the absolute perfect adventure day in Bali!

Had a really good day doing the Mt Batur hike followed by river rafting. The guides were knowledgeable and fun. The whole day was arranged perfectly. Putu, our driver was on time and also shared interesting things about Balinese culture that made the long drives engaging. Would definitely recommend

The trek was an amazing experience. Starting off at base camp with a warm coffee. The walk itself is so peaceful and the sunrise was just magnificent. Our guide Riki was super helpful and gave us so much information during our walk. He knows all the best spots for the perfect photos. Our driver Agus was wonderful, he was punctual and super helpful. Our drive was 2 hours one way but felt like 30 minutes with all his helpful insights on Balinese culture and information about our tour.
10/10 experience that I would recommend to anyone travelling to Bali.👍☀️🏝🤔

So this was phenomenal. If you like to hike this is the thing for you. Stop reading and just book it. And the rafting is class 2 (easy- I saw an 8 yo do it) but the views are truly one to gaze upon!!!
We got picked up at 2:30, got there at 3:30 and started hiking. I set my record at 300 flights!! There’s an “easy” way and a “hard” way the difference is the amount of steep stairs. We did the hard way with my wife who did great!
They then give you a few breakfast sandwiches, fruit, and coffee
The sunrise is spectacular. I think the photos already posted should work if you’re still reading this.
Norman!!! Our amazing guide got all the photos we could ask for, friendly.
We then got coffee and it was great. Tried the “luwak” coffee which is also called a cat poo chino and would recommend it. It’s rich and kind of a once in a lifetime drink.
The rafting is in the Ayung river. About 2 hours very fun. Good for the whole family. The river is set in a 3-500 meter canyon and the views are amazing!!!!
So essentially would recommend this to anyone and everyone!!!!

My wife and I did the Batur Sunrise Trek and White Water Rafting trip and had a great time. The journey started with private car transport from our hotel to the base of Mt Batur where we met our guide. Our guide (I forget his name), was friendly and helpful, and gave us the option to take the easy or hard way up the mountain (we chose the hard way!). We enjoyed the hike up, but the real treat was at the top. After being provided hot coffee/tea and breakfast, we awaited the sunrise with the couple hundred of other people also at the top. Although crowded at the top, I didn't mind. Everybody else at the summit was there for the same reason, to quietly watch the sunrise and enjoy and respect the natural beauty of Mt. Batur. Our guide took us over to some of the volcano's steam vents, and showed us how locals use the natural steam to cook hard boiled eggs. After the sunrise we had a nice hike back down, and then took our car over to the coffee plantation for a coffee and tea tasting, and onto white water rafting. We enjoyed the rafting, but the hike was certainly the highlight of the trip. I would recommend this trip to anyone looking for something a bit more adventurous than the norm.

Our experience was amazing !! The driver and guide were awesome. We were not expecting the hike to be that tough (and I consider us to be in pretty good shape for our mid 20s) and the guides went at our pace and helped us the whole way! The view is unreal and they had amazing coffee and breakfast at the top. The guides made the whole day so fun. From the hike to the coffee tour to the rafting we were happy the whole way! 10/10 would reccomend to a friend !

We were picked up at 0230 am sharp, started our climb at 0330. We didn't expect such a difficult climb but we've managed to reach the top way ahead of time thanks to our lovely guide. Had our breakfast, excellent coffee, egg and banana sandwiches at the top, just before the sunrise! What a view!!! A must when in Bali!! Later on we've headed for rafting, amanzing set up, amazing views of the river and nature! A well organized trip, thank you Bali trekking tour!! Tip: Make sure to bring your warm clothes, it was windy at the top of Mt Batur, and make sure to bring some other shoes than flip flops for rafting. A big thanks to our driver who lent me his jacket for the climb, would have frozen without it:)

We have done a lot of activities in Bali, but this was certainly one of the best! Don't let the early wakeup put you off, this is a must do when you are in Bali.
The hike itself isn't too bad, we were taking it pretty easy it it took around 2 hours with frequent breaks. We were given bananna sandwhiches and egg sandwhiches for breakfast while watching the sun rise which was awesome!
We had a really good guide, who had been walking the mountain more or less every day for the last 10 years, his name was Katuk. He was very personable and spoke well and definitely showed us the best places to go once we were on top of the volcano!
The white water rafting was great as well, it may not be as good as the Tully in Australia or some of the rapids in Queenstown, however we did go in dry season so I'll give it the benefit of the doubt. It was constant rapids as opposed to big standalone obstacles.
Overall this package was awesome, spectacular views combined with a bit of adrenaline in the afternoon, highly recommended!

Amazing! So much fun. The guide helped us up the mountain and was so helpful. White water rafting was really great and the instructor again was so much fun to be around and made the experience amazing. Loved this experience!
