Sicily is famous for its delicious street food. In this tour we combine the vist of one the most beautiful sicilian town, that's Taormina, and the vist of the town of the Strait, that's Messina. During the visit of Messina we stop in 2 different very famous street food place, to taste the famous rice ball of Messina and the delicious "cannolo siciliano"

Simone was right on time to pick us up at our cruise port. We loved Taormina! It was beautiful and we had so much fun exploring all the local shops. Then we headed to Messina to explore and enjoy Cannolis and Rice Balls! We were concerned we would not have enough time to really appreciate Sicily since we had to be back on our cruise ship, but Simone made sure we had plenty of time to enjoy while still getting us back on time. We were a family of 10 with two small children (3 & 4) and being able to be picked up at the cruise port was very convenient while having time alone to explore Sicily.

We had a great day with Sergio. He made a rainy day fun and interesting. We were able to get ahead of crowds in Taormina for a bit of shopping. Had some great tasting at a quiet cafe.

There were 6 of us on a cruise together and we wanted to get to Taormina and explore as much as possible. Our tour guide, Fabio, was awesome! He was very informative, energetic and passionate about Taormina and "his city" Castelmola. As we drove to Taormina, Fabio shared much about the region, the culture and history of Sicily. In Taormina, we were treated to an incredible selection of authentic arancini, which Fabio said were the best in the city. So true; these rice balls were amazing. After that, we had some time to explore on our own, which Fabio gave many suggestions on what to do and where to go. We followed his advice, and had a very fulfilling, rewarding time in Taormina. On the way back, we stopped at pasticceria (pastry shop), where we had the tastiest, finest cannolis ever! Seriously!!! Overall, this was a great day, and Fabio did not disappoint with providing us with the best snapshot of Sicily and experience for the amount of time we had while in port.
