Red Fort & Old Delhi: Half Day Heritage Walking tour

Such a good trip. Our guide, Neha, was brilliant. She was very knowledgable both of the history and the area. She brought the trip to life for us. We particularly enjoyed the trip to the spice market. So chaotic and colourful. Highly recommended.

Tour guide was good
We did not go into red fort as ee wanted to. Spent a lot of time in traffic and on foot going to spice market and wedding street in old delhi, not great

Excellent tour! Our favorite sites were the Red Fort and the Sikh Temple. Seeing the Red Fort is really nice because you get to see the parallels between it and the Taj Mahal.

I enjoyed a solo tour with lovely Akansha. She's very passionate about her city and her country, and is very flexible to meet your needs during the tour (e.g. if you want to spend more time at one location or skip a location). For me it was the perfect combination of visiting landmarks and just walking in the streets of Old Delhi, getting a glimpse at the life of its inhabitants and merchants. The duration of the tour was perfect, lasted from 9:00 AM to 13:00 PM with a lunch break. By the end of the tour I was satisfied I have seen plenty of things without being completely worn out. Akansha made it completely hassle free, she took care of booking tickets in advance, buying metro tickets on the spot, etc. I particularly enjoyed the visit to the Sikh Temple, I would have never done it without her / alone :) All in all, great tour, would definitely recommend it.

I went on two outings with Go city adventures in Delhi, which i booked through 'get your guide'. As a woman traveling solo I felt safe and well cared for the whole time. Before each trip I received messages on WhatsApp to tell me the details of driver name, car registration number, and pick up time. My questions were answered promptly via WhatsApp.
I enjoyed my two trips, which i have reviewed separately, and would definitely use this company again.

As a solo female traveler, I was apprehensive about being the only person on the walking tour, but Deepak, my guide, made me feel at ease. He was well informed about the sites and pleasant to spend time with. I thoroughly enjoyed my tour and would recommend it to others.

I did the half day old Delhi and Red Fort tour just few days before Christmas 2017. Deepak is a nice and friendly person. He met me at my hotel. The highlight of my tour had to be the different transportation Deepak chose to use during my tour. I went on tuk tuk, metro and tricycle...what a fantastic experience and what a way to see old Delhi. There were some walking required in the Red Fort and part of old Delhi, but it should be easily managed by a healthy normal person. I felt really safe with Deepak and he is very knowledge. I will likely to use his company again when I travel to India next time.
