Showed up at meeting spot. Tour company no showed. Say they went out of business. Terrible experience.

No show from the guide. Weather had been bad the morning we booked so I contacted the operator 90 mins before our scheduled start time. Received no response, went to the meeting point and discovered no guide, no kayaks and a number of other people who had also messaged the guide re the weather and received no response. Waiting for a refund.

It was a no show, felt like a scam as the tour operator didn't show up and looked like nobody had been there in ages. After being left waiting for over an hour in total, it looked like no kayaks had been on the water all week - might have not been 'in season' but if so we shouldn't have been able to book it. Got the trip refunded but it cost us money to get down and really threw our day...
Wouldn't recommend.

Trip was cancelled 10minutes before the start date, I previously contacted them to confirm, no answer. Rang them on the spot and a sleepy guy answered the phone to say his colleague forgot to cancel. Just ridiculous

A fantastic experience! Our guide was knowledgeable and helpful. It was a lovely way to spend the afternoon - the 1.5 hour duration was the perfect amount of time. Would highly recommend!

Trip was great and Edi was an excellent guide. The Betina's cave is a very beautiful place and a good spot for swimming and snorkeling

Views were incredible ... looking up at the walls from the sea was stunning ..... guide (eddy) was fantastic... the water was sooo clear it was astonishing ... swimming and snorkelling at the cave was also wonderful ... water was a great temperature ...we had a clear day and the kayaking was doable even for some with less experience.
