We appreciated the company accommodating us when part of our group had a flight delay of almost 3 hours. They took the two of us to our destination and came back for the others when they arrived.

As I was leaving the airport terminal, a young lady with a sign with my name on it was waiting for me. She directed me to the van which was filled with tourists going to various resorts. Even after dropping off several travelers at their resorts, we still made it to ours in around 35 minutes. Our resort was also one of the farthest from the airport, so it was a pretty fast trip. I would definitely use Viator again for my transportation to and from my resort.

We were greeted at the airport by our transfer operator holding a sign with our name on it. They greeted us with a smile and we arrived in at our Hotel in good time. We were able to pre arrange the return trip to the airport via email before our trip started, which was much better than being required to meet with a representative at the resort as was with by past trips.

It was a little difficult finding the person we were supposed to meet, but once we found her it was great! She had a sign with my name (I just missed it in the airport chaos) The driver was great! Everyone was very personable and nice. The driver also played some good music on the way to the hotel!
