Lovely greeter Nice to have someone to meet me and get my luggage. I had thought this included hotel transportation so I was disappointed

From the time I was met at arrivals, till I was in my car with my driver, Lidya was amazing! Very professional and welcoming.
A service I will not hesitate to use again!

Umbato provides a superb service for JKIA meet and greet. I use them for all my guests coming into Kenya and they are wonderful to work with.

This review is long overdue! For all the times we have used Umbato Safaris, we have not been disappointed in the least bit. On more than one occasion, the team has displayed their strong commitment to customer satisfaction, from ensuring that all guests are met on arrival, departure or transit to ascertaining that all lost luggage is found and delivered to the respective owners. This service has proved to be second to none.

I always rest assured that our guests are in good and capable hands when we have the Umbato Safaris team on the ground. My special thanks to Mark, Lucy, Jeph, Bancy, Ruth, Lydia, Mercy and the rest of the dynamic team for the white glove service they have and are still offering.

I used both the arrival meet & assist as well as departure meet & assist on a recent trip to Nairobi. I was uncertain about booking the departure service as we were flying business class. I thought it would be easy enough to check into the airport. Was I ever wrong! NBO is a very confusing airport. We had to go through at least 3 security checks before getting to our gate. I was very grateful to have the help of Umbato Safaris. I will definitely book this service again when traveling to Nairobi. It was definitely worth it!

Extremely amazing and wonderful service. Communication pre-arrival was very excellent. Meet & Greet was 5-star. The lady who received is was super exceptional and made us breeze through the queues. I will always use this service anytime I'm in Nairobi.

Helpful, pleasant and courteous.. I will definitely use this service again. In spite of an error on my part they quickly got it sorted out.
