Even though the aircraft was delayed by an hour and one of the bags needed to go through a second security check, our driver was there and was really kind and accommodating. Very highly recommended.

Tour company said there was no return booked. It was canceled. Wanted more money. Booked a round trip. Contacted Viator customer service by phone and email - no response. Had to hire another taxi service at last minute. Would NOT use Viator again!!

Picked up with name card, very nice driver, taken to hotel no issues.
We were a bit late getting through immigration at airport so patience of driver was appreciated.
From hotel back to Airport, driver was waiting outside door at bang on 9am as per booking, straight to drop off at airport, very easy.
