It was an hour before he found me . He said he was there with my name displayed but I walked back and forth over and over. Finally we found each other by text. I don’t think I would do again. Just grab a taxi.

They left us voted in the hotel, they do not respond and much less call him to resolve the situation and so far they have not returned the money. GREAT CARE.

When I arrived BCN airport, I walked to the taxi line for transportation to my hotel on La Rambla. I took a photo of the car's license plate and asked driver what the fee would be....he told me E37 and that is what I paid when we reached the hotel. He was friendly and a safe driver. I remained in the taxi until the driver exited and had removed my luggage from the trunk. He was a safe driver and it had been a good experience so I gave him a E3 tip even thought I know it wasn't necessary.
My hotel booked my return taxi to airport but I paid driver directly. The driver picked me up at 7 a.m. on a Monday. When I asked how much would the fare be, he told me because it was the weekend and it was night...the fare would be E46. I disputed with him that it was Monday morning....certainly was but he insisted night hours continue until 8 a.m. I entered the taxi and didn't say much else during the ride. When I arrived at airport I was charged E46 and when I told him he was overcharging me, he added that it included airport taxes. I believe the driver took advantage of me but I don't know how to confirm.
Maybe it is better to take Uber.

we booked suntransfers from bcn airport to our hotel SERHS del port. the agent was waiting in the exact spot that was written on our information sheet. the taxi driver was courteous; and, we arrived at our hotel quite quickly. the fare was extremely reasonable. (38-39 euros).

Came out of airport 4 adults with 9 cases walked to taxi rank, walked to front taxi, to where the 1st and 2nd taxi drivers started arguing where they both were grabbing our cases, after a marshall came over we got in the first taxi, unbeknown to us it was a scam, the second taxi had taken 1 of our cases, the fare is a 22 euro ride, he took us to our hotel in the rambles, the taxi placed all the case in the hotel and we could see there was nothing left in the taxi, paid him 40 euro's as that what he said the fair was, while signing into the hotel i realized 1 of the cases were missing, only to find it was my hand luggage with all my life saving medication was in the case that was missing, within 10 mins the taxi drive telephoned the hotel saving he had my case but wanted 58 euros to bring it back, but i had to pay it as i needed my medication, PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

I will never use this Viator service again, nor will I recommend it. The taxi never showed up, even though it was fully paid for, and I could not reach anyone by telephone to enquire about it. I ended up taking a regular taxi to the hotel, essentially paying twice, and I have yet to be able to reach anyone from Viator.
