It was a long day, but it was a wonderful day! Yamile has to be THE BEST guide ever. She cares very much about your safety, Puerto Rico and the natural habitats that make this island beautiful. That just added to Yamile’s genuine love for what she does. She calls you family during the day while you’re with her and by the time you leave, you definitely feel like you are part of her family.
I am sure we saw things that we wouldn’t have seen with other tours. I cannot recommend this particular tour enough! It is so worth it! All of the extra touches that Yamile provides are awesome!
If you’re on the fence… Definitely take this tour. You will not be disappointed! It was one of the most wonderful places I’ve ever been and the natural beauty I took in yesterday was just phenomenal. There are not enough good things for me to say about Yamile and her entire operation!
The people on our tour with us were great as well… It could not have been a better day. Do yourself a favor and go!

This was my favorite tour of Puerto Rico! Our guide Yamile was amazing! She helped us with every step and was so knowledgeable. She made the tour very fun and exciting. You’re going to have a great time with her. I highly recommend this tour, you won’t experience anything else like this! Amazing!!!

The best excursion we have been on. Our guide was wonderful and knew everything about the area. She was passionate about Puerto Rico and the people. We definitely got more than our money's worth. Highly recommended.

This was a great tour from start to finish. Yamile was overflowing with energy and information. She quickly learned everyone on the tours name and interacted with everyone individually and as a group. Additionally, throughout the tour she ensured our safety while also encouraging us to step out of our comfort zone a little by going thru caves, waterfalls and rivers. The sites were amazing, the lunch spot was very good and the van was clean and comfortable. The tour started on time and the group size was perfect. Great job Yamile, we highly recommend this adventure.

This excursion was the highlight of my trip. Yamile was very personable and caring. I was a first timer on an adventure like this and under the guide of Yamile felt very safe and comfortable. Yamile took so many group and individual photos it allowed me to completely live in the moment without missing all the perfect shots. I highly recommend!

Yamile is amazing! She is fun, upbeat, kind and caring. She answered all the questions we had prior to the trip. During the tour she made sure everyone was safe and enjoying themselves. We saw things we would never have even known existed. Beautiful scenery and great story telling of Puerto Rico. Lunch food was amazing, I have Celiacs and had many options and did not get sick.
Some tips: eat a big breakfast, you will need the energy, it is a physical tour! Ladies wear long yoga pants like she says to! Get grippy water shoes with rubber toe protector. If the river is muddy you can’t see the rocks. This was the best tour we did and would highly recommend Yamile as a guide, book the tour you can not get to these areas on your own.

Completely different excursion compared to the many offered around San Juan. The tour guide was not only informative, but had great energy throughout the trip. Would highly recommend, to those that want to see more of Puerto Rico, and more than just the typical Yunque tours.

Yamile’s enthusiasm, passion, and knowledge of Puerto Rico is what made this excursion so incredible! From the moment she picked us up in front of our hotel, we were learning about the geography and culture of the island. She even took us to a home near the cave where we bought homemade limbers from a local woman. We were the only group at the river and first cave, which made the experience feel even more authentic and special. Yamile made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable during the entire trip. During the nature walk after lunch, Yamile taught us about the unique plants found in the area.
We’ve already started planning our next trip to PR and we WILL be going on another adventure with Yamile!

Yamile's attention to detail and dedication were evident from the very beginning. Some standout features that set her tour apart include:

Yamile was a great guide, she really brought the energy to our trip that we needed so early in the morning. She showed us an area that we would have never seen before in those beautiful caves. Nobody can do it like Yamile so if you’re looking to tour rural puerto rico for something you’ve never seen this is the guide.
