The trip far exceeded our expectations. Tan was a superb guide, who is very interested in us as individuals and wanted to share as much about his culture as possible. The amount of food was great and the variety was wonderful. Without Tan we would have never stopped at or known about these foods and places. Tan was professional, helpful and enjoyable, every part of the way. This will definitely rank as one of our top experiences in Vietnam. This was the most unexpected highlight of our time in Ho Chi Minh City, two British couples in there 60’s, having a chance conversation with us in our splendid hotel ICON Lifestyle, so they shared with passion their night out on the back of a shooter with young students of the city.
Quaking in our shoes, having seen how busy the roads are here, we spent around £100 combined, closed our eyes and said a prayer and pressed send.
A few seconds later email confirmation received and very quickly afterwards Tan the group leader for the evening contacted me via WhatsApp with confirmation of timings and meeting point ( our hotel )
So with trepidation we meet outside the hotel, to be meet by four students who you’d think would struggle to control a scooter, very fresh faced beautiful youngsters with massive personalities.
So I as team leader paired up with Tan, Tracey my wife paired up with Cloudi, Ray and Alison paired with Dan and Buc respectively. This has to be said, these kids are a credit to their families, we had a great time, they absolutely made our day.
The food tour was extremely well organised, we ate like kings and queens, we saw so much of nightlife Ho Ch Minh City, we cannot thank you enough.
If you think you can’t you won’t, but if you shut out some of the negative noise in your head, and go for it, you will absolutely fall in love with this place as we all did.
Best value for money activity you will do here, and an experience that most will never get to do.

An amazing night spent with Tan, Daniel, Buck and Cloudy. 4 over 60 year olds that have been nowhere near a motorbike for over 40 years had a most enjoyable evening. The guys where great fun, food was different and made the evening exceptional. Would give 6 stars if possible.

Vietnamese food is insane!!! all of the dishes on this tour are crazy. Each has their own flavours and I just couldn't pick the best food. Lecker!!

A wonderful first evening in Vietnam. A food trail like never before, and we discovered so much more than what we have known about the cuisine. Tom and company introduced us to coconut water with fruits sitting on the low stools by a street side, in true local style. To walking through the flower markets, and the best Ban Me I have ever had! The group had done their research really well!
We discovered this is run by students using the chance to practice their English, so we had fun chatting about their lives and ours too. Over a great cup of coffee, again by the streetside.

Our guides Harry and Kay were very friendly, knowledgeable, great drivers and a pleasure to tour with. They took us to some incredible, authentic spots, the food was delicious!

We only had 4 hours in HCMC as we are on a cruise, and this was the best way to experience the city in that short amount of time. We got to try the most amazing dishes that we wouldn’t have otherwise found, see the city, and hang out with the best tour guides - Kris and John!

We had a fabulous time on this food tour! Riding the vespas was a lot of fun and we had great conversations with our guides, Tom and Daniel. Every single food stop was unique and delicious. One of the best tours we have taken.

The driver's khris,Simon,Daniel,Happy & Tracey went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and Safe.
