My mother and I took the private tour from Vienna to Salzburg with a stop at Kruzenstein , a lunch stop at Melk and another stop at Hallstatt . Everything was super easy . Booking process was great. The tour operators were always very quick with responding to my emails and giving updates. We got picked up by Martin . He was fantastic . Very enthusiastic, professional and motivated . He drove so well you couldn’t tell the long distance at all . He gave us suggestions and was very helpful and caring throughout . I would love to have him take me to other sites as well . Thank you so much .

Thomas was absolutely fantastic. I was not feeling well due to a stomach bug and out of no where, he pulled out a blanket and pillow so I could lie down in the back seat to sleep. He helped load and unload all the luggage, was fun to talk to and kindly dropped us off at one place in Hallstatt and then picked us up at a totally different spot as requested. By the way, Hallstatt is absolutely enchanting!!! Thomas was a careful driver and had no problems when i had to stop on the road for bathroom breaks. He exemplified everything a driver should be: punctual, courteous, kind and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. Would travel again with him again in a heartbeat.

Had a great day with Daniel! He was prompt on arrival and laid out an initial plan for the day but made sure to say we can make adjustments or stop anywhere we want. We wanted to see Sound of Music sites and he brought us to some beautiful areas from the movie! He was also very accommodating as one of our travelers has disabilities and he made sure to get our group as close as he could to eliminate walking when possible. Daniel was able to change the route as we asked to make an unplanned stop we found on the map going into Salzburg. He also gave us recommendations for our next travel stops!

Wonderful. On time, comfortable car, water what more can you ask for in a transfer? Driver was also very friendly. He was willing g to stop whenever we wanted not in a hurry

We had a wonderful drive from Vienna to Salzburg with stop at Hallstatt etc. The drive was very scenic.
Michael is such a nice person and he made us very comfortable during the drive. The car was in very good condition and his driving was excellent.

Friendly professional driver picked us up right on time. We stopped at Burg Kreuzenstein on the way. The guided tour is 50 minutes starting at the top of the hour. The tour was given in German only. English speakers were given a single page description of the various rooms. The guide did his best to add some comments in English for us but it would have extended the tour quite a bit to repeat everything in multiple languages. Overall it was reasonably easy for us to follow along with his comments plus the printed description.

Driver was kind, patient, informative and accomodating.
He advised us in the best vantage points and restaraunts and was happy to wait when we were running a little late.
He was a good driver and took the safest and most efficient routes.
Overall we were very satisfied with the service and highly reccomend it for those who have little time to get from A to B without missing a special spot.

Driver Matthew was on time. We originally were scheduled to visit Halstatt but he told us construction in a tunnel was holding up cars up to 2 hours so we went to St Gilead instead. We still want to see Halstatt so maybe on the way back. Be sure to tell the driver if you have needs like food, drink or need to use the bathroom.
