Great show, colourful and dynamic show giving an overview of the different types of music and dance from different areas of Brazil - a great introduction. They get you to stand and learn a bit of local dance for a bit as a warmer. And then an explosion of sound, light, colour and fun. Worth the visit - but get your direct tickets from their web and save money.

We were looking for a traditional Brazilian dance show and found this proposal by Milleviagens on the internet.

We had a very good time starting from the dinner included in the price at an all-you-can-eat barbecue in a restaurant

Our guide explained the various Brazilian dances we would see very well.

Definitely recommended

This evening is certainly suitable for those who like Brazilian music and appreciate folklore shows.

One flaw that the city of Rio de Janeiro undoubtedly has is the very limited offer of this type of evening and therefore this is welcome even if it is obviously very touristy.

It was included in a travel package that we purchased with Milleviagens and was preceded by a hearty dinner in an all-you-can-eat meat restaurant in the Copacabana area.

The transfer that picked us up and brought us back to the hotel was carried out with a guide who spoke Italian.

In general, for those who want to know these aspects of Carioca nightlife, it is undoubtedly recommended.

Suitable for families as well as groups of friends or couples

We booked this show through Viator together with a dinner in an all-you-can-eat meat restaurant (churrascaria). The service is managed by Milleviagens and the details were provided to us by Gianluca who was very prompt in answering our doubts.
These are 14 acts lasting approximately 1 hour and a half where all the main Brazilian musical styles are exhibited: from the "frevo", danced by dancers born in the state of Pernambuco, to the samba of Rio de Janeiro, to the typical gauche dances such as the “bombacha” and the “boleadeira”, the “xaxado” with the presence of Maria Bonita and Lampião, the “carimbó” from Pará, the “forró” and the famous “lambada” from the Northeast, the ballet of the “orixas del candomblé ”, the feline movements of the “capoeira” whose dancers are almost circus acrobats, to end with the beautiful “mulatas” of the Rio de Janeiro Carnival.
A beautiful experience that allowed us to spend a pleasant evening,

Really enjoyed the entire tour. Food was good. The show was great. I would recommend. Wanessa was full of fun, and kept us on toes laughing. Great conversation.

We were picked up in a battered car that had a broken chair back inside. Not a good start. We crammed into the car to go to the restaurant for dinner. After complaining about the broken seat, we were given a better car for the next leg of our tour. We booked a salsa dancing lesson - so expected to be escorted into in a room with a dance floor and an instructor to show us the ropes. What we actually got was standing in front of our chairs in the theatre and doing some moves, shown by a man on the stage. The show was overlong, very loud and the theatre very dingy. Disappointed.

No samba class was offered, just some mindless warm up act nonsense from a guy. The show was a series of poorly choreographed folk dances with too loud music and terrible vocals. It is delivered in a shabby theater in a mostly empty and tired shopping mall. Don’t waste your time and money.

I was by myself in this tour, and it was nice to be driven to the places when it was late at night. You get a nice Brazilian dinner and enjoy a great interactive Samba show!
