Fantastic guided tour that covered the Salt Cathedral, walking tour of Zipaquira and lunch at an amazing Colombian bbq restaurant. Would 100% recommend doing the morning tour. Easy pick up from Candelaria and Camilo was an amazing guide and really informative throughout. Ending at a traditional Colombian restaurant was an unexpected treat with fantastic BBQ and mariachi band to boot.

Great day trip to the Salt Cathedral, both impressive and interesting, and Xiomara our tour guide was exceptional in giving us details and stories along the way to Zipaquirá as well as being very passionate about her job. i highly recommend this trip !

The tour was really well organised, the only drawback is that in the salt cathedral you only have an audio guide and not a real one. It would enhance the tour massively if the operator would offer that especially for the price which is on the higher end.

I loved every single part of the trip. Customer service from the company “Bogota City Bus” was very supportive and the followed up with us until we were at the bus. Our local guide Luis was fun and very knowledgeable. I’ll book with you again! Hopefully soon. 😉

The cathedral itself is real nice and the tour there very informative. However, we did not have enough time to enjoy everything because of the tour schedule. Probably better to go on your own.

The tour was excellent. We leave punctually at the indicated time. Our guide Camilo explained interesting facts to us on the way to the Salt Cathedral. Then Marta met us for the tour inside the mine. The views and everything the mine contains are wonderful. A place without a doubt that must be visited. Then lunch and tour of the place with a little more history. We returned to Bogota on time.

Is awesome! Beautiful place and very nice energy. I did not have a guide on the tour but with the audio guide it was perfect, I controlled the pace. The guide and driver (Steven and Diego) are very friendly, punctual, responsive and made the ride even more pleasant. I recommend it 100%

Terrible. It was scheduled for 9am, I paid via trip advisor in advance. I was 10 minutes late and they didn't wait. They didn't want to refund the amount even though they said it was free cancellation. They didn't even call me, I was trying to call to let them know because an accident on the way had stopped everything, but they didn't care. I've never seen that before, they don't call to ask and they leave. I asked for it to be done the next day and they charged me an additional 30% of the cost. Some mercenaries. Not worth it. Look for another agency.
