This workshop was super fun! We got to play chefs for the afternoon, cooking traditional paella and making fresh sangria in a quaint apartment overlooking central Madrid. Then we all shared the meal and drinks together. Sooo worth it!

Had a really good time in making paella and understanding the time it takes to make this great dish. Great to drink some sangria while cooking. Would recommend this.

Chef Javier and Lysa were very fun and knowledge about the Paella and Sangría. I was fortunate enough to be with a group that was very social. As a solo traveller, this was a great experience to learn more about the culture and history of Spain, meet new people, and try new foods!

JaviChef y Lysa hicieron sí que el evento fuese entretenido y educacional al mismo tiempo.

Great experience with local chef making traditional paella and sangria. Hands on experience chopping ingredients and assisting with making of dishes.
Got to mix and mingle with other like minded tourists, then sample our creations for our lunch.
