We had an excellent trip with our guide Luisa! It was approximately 3 hours long- we got collected promptly from our hotel and arrived at the beautiful gorge. The views and scenery were amazing- Luisa was a fantastic guide, always helpful, informative and full of energy. Would recommend doing this with proper shoes and for people who are not afraid to climb rocks! Would highly recommend. We were also accompanied by our dear friend/ dog named Oaty who made the trip even better :)

Luise, our guide, made the trip absolutely memorable. She was so well informed, taught us so much about nature, the gorge and Greek culture. And, had an infectious energy. The gorge was beautiful and really fun to hike- but she took the experience to new heights!! We adored her and this excursion!

I booked this tour before arriving and was impressed with the response. Picked up on time, and only a small group of 5 plus guide, which made it more enjoyable. Guide took time to explain what we would be doing and at no point felt rushed and able to take things at our own pace. Lunch provided was very good and plentiful. Would recommend company and walk.

We did this with our 8 year old son. We were a little worried initially but he (and all of us really) lives it. If your child is not particularly active, then perhaps not for you but otherwise I think kids and parents will love this.
Sophie, our guide, was wonderful too and very helpful with some of our group members who found some parts of the walk difficult.
The tour ends with lunch at Zorbas tavern, a family run restaurant. After that long walk, we were really hungry and had the most wonderful lunch served by Amelia’s (“mamma”) team. Our son called it “the best food he had eaten in Crete”.
All-in-all, very recommended for all.....
