Using a private car is more convenient and more flexible. The travel time is shorter because you don’t have to wait for others, and it allows you some breaks for photographs, refreshments or a toilet stop along the way.

Fantastic service when ordering via Whats up. The drivers are very punctual and drive calmly and safely. I can really recommend Hanoi Transfer Service which we hired both to Halong Bay and back and for transfers to Hanoi Airport. Five stars from me, they are the best.

Fantastic service from Na and the team. We arranged a transfer from Hanoi Airport to Old Quarter. It was on time and a comfortable car. We then used them again to get from Halong Bay to HAN due to the great experience the first time.

I cannot thank Ms Lily Ngoc and the Hanoi Transfer Service enough. Terrific company, extremely accommodating and reasonably priced. Excellent communication with Lily from the minute I made the reservation until I got into the car. She is amazing! She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Upon my arrival at the pick-up point, she wrote me to make sure I had found the driver and that all was OK. I had to make a last minute change and it was not a problem at all. Mr Tam was a terrific driver and he's a great guy. My only regret is that I do not speak Vietnamese. It would have been so great to chat with him on our long drive. Thanks again, Lily and Mr Tam!!

Used HTS to make trip to Vietnam a little more comfortable pre booking transfers tailored to our holiday, from Noi Bai to Halong to Hanoi and back to Noi Bai.
Tracy Pham helped in arranging these times, adding a Whats app number and was quickly on hand with any queries i had, even when i forgot the time difference.
Tracy checked in after each journey without being too intrusive and offered suggestions and other tours relevant to location.
Drivers were prompt and courteous, providing comfortable clean vehicles for all trips.
Hands down this service beats finding your own way for both convenience and price at the other end of a 16hr journey.

We arranged a private taxi from Hanoi Airport to Ha Long Bay. Every step of the way, our contact Lily kept us informed with pickup location, photos and everything we needed to know when arriving in Hanoi. As she had promised, Out driver was waiting at the exact location outside the airport. We got in the new Air conditioned cat (SUV) and it was about a 3 hour drive to our destination. The driver was considerate and helpful. We even stopped half way for a quick rest.
I would highly recommend Lily and her team for Transfers, tours and anything else travel related in Vietnam. Top class service and communications.

A friend recommended this service. They were very helpful from start to finish. Anna Pham our assistant helped us book a driver and kept us informed every step from pick up to drop off. Highly recommend if you don’t want to sit in a bus full of people to avoid catching something
